We moved to Indiana in the middle of winter 2021. We had a fiasco with our movers and had to wait almost a month for our things. So we went to Kittles for a sofa. As a time there was nothing that we could purchase that would arrive within 3 to 6 months!! Okay maybe at that point it was supply chain issues. So we ended up buying a floor model and took it home. Within a couple of months the frame the cushions and the material or all breaking down. We had the extended care plan so furniture guys kept coming to the house to take a look at it they took it away to fix it twice. It didn't help it would just break down again. The cloth was wearing so thin you would have thought we had the thing for 20 years. So finally kittle's said that they would replace it with a whole different set. Yahoo I thought they must be a good company to stand by their product and they're going to make this right. This time we spent a little bit extra and we got a custom sofa chair and loveseat in beautiful plush blue material. That was maybe 6 months ago. We keep a blanket or a sheet over our furniture all the time because of our cats unless we have company over. So even with it being protected the material is wearing almost all the way through it looks like it's many years old. And the seats sag so bad you feel like it's going to eat you! Once again we had the extended plan so they sent somebody out to look at it and he said he was going to fight for us and call us and let us know what the plan would be and then nobody called back! So my husband called them today finally tired of being nice and kind of let them have it! They are supposed to once again get a hold of us and let us know what they're going to do for us if anything. I will keep this review updated depending on how they proceed. To be honest I don't know where I would go to buy furniture if I had to do it again it seems like so much of it is junk now but it definitely would not be Kittles. They are very nice and I do believe that they are trying to make it right but the product is just not a good one. I will post a picture later when I have a minute to take one.

During my Oct. 2023 visit, the customer service at the Castleton location was very good! Charlene greeted me and offered to help as soon as I walked in. Several other associates offered their assistance as I walked through the floor room. Both Charlene and Eric spent a long time with me in the rug gallery and were very patient answering all of my questions and looking through a huge variety of options. Eric was especially knowledgeable on the different rug inventory and taught me a lot about the different types of rugs. Their patience and willingness to show me different rugs from different angles and in different lights to help me make my decision went above and beyond!

Great selection, great products, and friendly service! We are happy with the service provided by both Eric and Andy. Eric was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great information about area rugs. Andy was very helpful and friendly and made the ordering process easy. Great experience!

Every time we shop at Kittle, we ask for the same sales consultant: Miss Vickie. She is knowledgeable, not pushy but knows when you need help with a decision etc., and very easy to talk with. I enjoy shopping with her as my consultant.

We met Mark a few weeks ago the first time we went to Kittle’s. We just bought a new, larger home that we need to furnish. During our first visit, Mark spent time getting to know us, our style, and what we are looking for and made so many amazing recommendations. I assured him we would be back in a couple of weeks ready to make some purchases. He reached out with permission during that time period which I thought was really nice. This past weekend we bought over $14,000 worth of furniture from him and plan to buy more. He was more like a friend, expert, and interior decorator. He has done a fantastic job helping us and I am so grateful we have his guidance. If you go to Kittles , make sure to ask for Mark!! He is the utmost professional and is legitimately amazing! He has so much knowledge on styles, time periods, fabric colors and choices, you name it. Some of his suggestions were things I never would’ve picked, but when he showed me and my husband how they coordinated with other items we were purchasing, we loved (and bought!) many of those things too. He is no pressure, and genuinely wants you to love your new pieces. We couldn’t be happier!

After spending a few weeks searching online and in person at some common home decor retailers, I was at a loss on where and how to find a good rug for our space. If you’re not satisfied with a rug purchased through an online retailer, you’re stuck with an expensive shipping fee, and most other retailers do not stock larger rugs in stores. I decided to check out Kittle’s since I was in the area, and Erik, the rug manager, made this experience so much more pleasurable by actually caring to find an appropriate rug for the space and having a breadth of knowledge to boot. We looked through all. the. rugs, and he didn’t seem annoyed one bit. In fact, he seemed genuinely invested in finding a good fit. It was such a relief that I could actually take a rug home from their inventory for a small refundable fee (I did this twice because I’m insufferably indecisive), and the icing on the cake is that they will carry it to your car for you without as much as a single groan. I’m happy to say that I finally found a rug, and I can’t wait for it to come in!

Our experience getting a new mattress set was 5 stars. However, or experience getting a headboard to go with it was 1 star. Despite free delivery on the mattress set, they insisted on charging $200 delivery on the headboard. We spoke to a manager, and explained we'd bought many pieces of furniture over 20 years there, and never had this be an issue, but he would not budge on it. We bought the mattresses only, as that department was fair and pleasant, but will likely not return to Kittles.

Brandon was more the accommodating. He listened to all of our questions concerns and interest. Never for a minute did we feel pressured even if for a second we didn't fully agree. He was driven to find something we were happy with in our price range. As far as the store, it was very clean and pleasant to be in.

We visited numerous furniture stores over the weekend looking to purchase a couple new recliners and were so happy we found our way to Kittles. Our Furniture Specialist Cyndi W. was extremely helpful as my wife and I tried to find the right balance between comfort and looks with the new chairs. There are so many little factors to consider when purchasing new furniture that I never thought about and Cyndi made sure we had all the info we needed to make a good decision we'd be happy with for years to come. She and her team went above and beyond to make sure we had the best price possible and I could not recommend this store enough! Will absolutely be back again for any furniture needs.

Shelly and Afroz were so helpful. Since we do not live near the store, Shelly helped us finalize our selection via text and email and Afroz made sure our transaction went through smoothly and accurately. All staff was so pleasant, greeting us throughout our visit and even opening the store a few minutes early to let us in before the posted hours!

We had good customer service with Brenda Westfall! We were last min customers coming into store right before closing! She stayed and help us with our big purchase of patio furniture! She had a lot of knowledge very patient with all our questions!Also we were thankful to her Manager Lynn who allowed her finish transaction up after closing time! We have been shopping for family room furniture for well over a year (definitely not quick decision makers) & finally found exactly what we have been looking for, with the help of our amazing sales person & Certified Furniture Specialist, Paula. She was extremely helpful in exploring a plethora of options & was very patient through the process….never pushy. She genuinely wanted what was best for us. We absolutely loved working with Paula & would highly recommend Kittle’s Furniture in Castleton. :)
