Just had my second Klipsch Sub go bad in less than two years. I live in Indianapolis and have spent weeks trying to call their corporate offices to see if there’s anything they’d be willing to do and literally no one ever answers the phone. The voicemail tells me to call back during normal business hours, which I’ve done every time I’ve tried to call them.

Just under 1 year after purchase of my refurbished "The One" Bluetooth speaker it almost burned my house down, smoking until I unplugged it. Support said sorry out of warranty. Be careful you may be homeless if you purchase from Klipsch....

I like the products but support is non existent.I tried calling the number listed for days and nobody answers. It’s always the same recording. The system requests you to call back during work hours.I was trying to get product information since Best Buy seemed clueless. Now I am considering going with a different brand. If I am struggling now prior to spending money, how bad would it be after when I have a warranty issue.

3 weeks and counting. Support agent (Johnathan) has become completely unresponsive on ticket #340889. Last communication was a duplicate communication of a previous response.All I need is to order a new Control Pod for my THX ProMedia 2.1 S/N: 106741519471903. First they wanted to verify warranty. I told them I did not believe I had one any longer. They verified that to be true. Warranty expired. That is fine, I juts want to order the part. Jonathan explained I could, that he would send me an invoice. That was when meaningful communications ceased.Have not received any communications after he repeated a message he sent to me earlier. I emailed multiple times since then.If we are being completely honest here, if this was a comparable logitech system I would have had my problem solved immediately.I will not purchase another Klipsch system again. Sound quality was great but when there is no service after the sale RUN! Sorry, but I will advise against this product regardless at this point.

I have been trying to call for a 1/2 hour now Message says they are open 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and to call back during normal business hours it is a Monday 1030 Chicago time which is 1130 Indiana time and a time and it keeps sending me to that same message And my earbuds are buzzing and won't connect to my phone anymore I can't even rate the customer service can't even get through

Equipment that I spent hundreds of dollars on completely stopped working after a couple of weeks of use. I submitted a support ticket over a month ago, have followed up twice and no one will even bother to reach out. I am so disappointed and honestly feel scammed. Really hate to say it but wish I had purchased a system from a big box store where I could at least get an exchange.

******* refurbished 610f speakers on sale. 1 week later brand new 620f goes in sale for nearly same price.Customer service was very rude. Cut me off as I explained situation. Was supposed to send me return ticket and didn't. Asked to speak to supervisor he flat out said no, twice.I feel like it was a trick to unload refurbished before putting good stuff on sale.I was a die hard klipsch fan. I am not anymore because of one rude rep."

Customer service is HORRIBLE! I submitted a warranty claim 2 months ago and got an email back that said the claim was received but they are really behind and will get back to me when they can. That was 2 MONTHS AGO. They don't answer the phone and they have not replied to any emails since. I'm amazed this company is still in business.

Tried to call customer service number and after 22m on hold with extremely repetitive hold music, I gave up and called different numbers. Each different number told me to call back during normal business hours, despite having called during normal business hours.Luckily, Chris in the dealer service center answered and helped me out within seconds.
