My husband and I went here to do an Amazon return. We walk all the way to the back of the store where the Amazon return desk is and an associate lady tells us to go back to the front of the store because that is where they are doing Amazon returns at the moment. So we walk all the way back to the front of the store , just for a rude lady at the service desk to tell us to go back to the back of the store because they are transitioning Amazon returns to the back of the store. I have health issues that affect my body and bones. This was extremely bad customer service and not to mention the lady at the service desk laughed at us when we were like are you fkn kidding. Definitely do not recommend this place. The employees are disgusting humans smh

It was a pretty good experience tonight. Some items weren't available and you could tell sections must have had good sales because they needed restocking, but staff was pleasant and helpful and shoppers weren't out in crowds. My cashier, Kersondra was super nice and lovely to speak with.

Speedway store had my size Skechers & Plainfield did not. It was 15 minutes till closing & young man hanging around, not seeming interested in work. No one else was shopping, so I acknowledged he would be getting off soon, but engaged him in finding the 2 boxes in my size. Took Plainfield shoes to customer service for a direct exchange & out-the-door. Off-putting location at night. (Very.) Not well-lit. Only 1 door in & out!
