Judy was wonderful! Before I checked out, I heard her the helping a customer before me how to get the best deal and since she had a large purchase, try to get someone to help her out. I had an expired 2 day old coupon. She took the time to see if it might still be eligible. All of this was done with a smile and genuine caring. Judy, thank you for caring and giving your customers true customer service!!

Business has become less appreciative of customers. Coupons have too many restrictions. Long checkout lines at peak times, through out the year!!

Came in looking for two items shoes and a coat. The other person I was shopping with left my side to use the restroom and was followed in the restroom by security once the person noticed security had followed him in the restroom the other person before using the restroom opened his coat up. So that security could read his work shirt which said Kohl's security then turned and just walked out of the restroom.

Kohls store in Danvers is not very good for checking out. It takes a lot longer to get out now. I am not a fan of this new setup. I love change but unfortunately not this one.
