This is more of a thank you than a review, although the Sunnyside Kohls is a wonderful store--well organized and stocked, clean and pleasant. I owe all the staff a HUGE debt of gratitude. My 3 year old grandson took off and hid from me while we were shopping yesterday. His big brother and I looked for him, loudly calling his name nearby for a few minutes with no luck. I went quickly to the front and reported to the (occupied!) cashier who IMMEDIATELY called for all hands on deck. Even with ALL the staff calling his name and covering the exits it took several minutes--seemed forever!--to find him, but they did!! He of course was found safe, hiding and totally unconcerned. HUGE THANKS and APPRECIATION for the great training and rapid response of everyone at Kohls Sunnyside! I will definitely continue shopping here--but won't be bringing my little escape artist until he knows better!

Visited Lawrence Kohl's the other day and mostly had a very pleasant experience. Most of the associates were very professional, kind and helpful! Thank you ladies! ??

Was clean, not alot of merchandise any more. My cashier, needs to be on stocking the floor, not friendly, didn't know much, cold as cucumber.

I'll never do an online order to pick up at this location again. It felt like there were only 3 people working in the store and I had to wait in 3 different lines just to pick up one pair of shoes.

My wife loves this place, especially when she has coupons ?. Its the only time I'm in here is for her, shopping for either her or the kids. Nice environment. Everyone's friendly.
