This location should be closed! Filthy conditions from the parking lot and throughout the store. Employees do nothing to clean up the conditions or help customers. Kroger should be ashamed to have their name on this store. We go several miles to go to a different store.

At least they take your Kroger points. That helps with the prices as high as they are.

I am a white 65 year old man and I am convinced Kroger is letting this store go to SH__ because the customer base for this store is mostly people of color. The 86th street store is managed significantly better and I believe the customer base there is a different mix of folks. I went into the 71st street store this morning at 9 am. 4th or 5th time there are zero carts in the store. Walked back out of the store to get a cart. Then, in addition, the produce section had no greens of any sort on the shelf. No lettuce, kale, collards, turnip greens, etc... There were people working in the department, but they had stripped everything off the shelves, and I assume were planning on replacing it for the weekend, but what about people shopping while they are doing this? Could they not do this one product at a time? Gave up, went to Meijer on 38th street. Much better experience, I am never going back to this Kroger. It will eventually close, they will run it into the ground enough people will stop shopping there. Self fulfilling prophecy.

WHY do I keep stopping by here!!!!! I drive by this store a lot and sometimes it's just more convenient to stop by. BUT every time I do, the lines are outrageous!!! And I walk out swearing I will never return. BUT here I am again- in line! The staff are friendly and helpful. Maybe staff shortage? Maybe poor management??

They were two ladies in front of me the one lady made her purchase and walked away they were both buying lottery tickets and I do mean buying lottery tickets the lady comes back butts in front of me again to pay for more and I'm like wow it didn't help that the cashier was more interested in talking and gossiping and cutting up with the two ladies and while she was with moving her line and the people that were outside in the heat waiting

The attendant was rude. Do not waste your time. There are two other gas stations right next to this business, use those.

Although the staff r very nice in the pharmacy, they r under staffed. They either get my prescriptions wrong/or make me wait sometimes 3 days.Ive arrived 2 pickup @ designated time only 2b told I have 2 wait another 30 minutes... online it says:open @9 AM when in truth they open @10 AM (another wasted trip) Ive called 2 speak w pharmacy & it's rang 4 OVER 10 minutes-then they answer & put me on hold AGAIN Another time an Employee answered & couldn't Pronounce any of the medications I was asking for & clearly wasn't familiar with this department.(she sounded like she came straight from the Hood)-REALLY? If u can AVOID this store-u should

The attendant was really rude with my boyfriend. He took it very personal that she discriminated against him for his accent. Not only did we go out of our way to go to a Kroger gas, we ended up wasting our 400 fuel points, didn’t even get a full tank, and the whole thing took us about 20 full minutes.
