I'm unsure how I feel about this location. I mostly find what I need when I go there. However this time I noticed they left a skid of product that is required to be refrigerated in the middle of the aisle for an extended period of time. I put my finger up against it, to check the temperature because maybe it was just put there and someone had to run and grab something else they needed to put them on display, BUT, they felt room temperature which means it can spoil. As you can see it's yogurt which contains MILK, which shouldn't be sitting room temperature. It's unsanitary and unclean and can get people sick. Which is why they get two stars.

Your water dispenser (refilling) machine doesn't work 50% of the time. Get your crap together. Get rid of the machine if you can't give consistency to your customers

The manager Patrick is a douche bag he refused me and my service dog and tried to embarrass me in front of other customers it was very uncomfortable would not recommend going here the stores dirty as well never had a problem at any other Kroger I just ended up leaving because I didn't want to sit there and argue with him being a creep.

Nice supermarket. They stock more than just groceries. Clean and neat and always enough lanes open so there are no long lines. Shelves are stocked well and the grocery aisles are wide enough for carts to go past each other..

I'm typically able to get in and out with everything I need. I go in for milk more than anything and unfortunately that's the one thing that's hit or miss. Like everywhere, they are short staffed. But the few times I've had to hunt down an employee they have all been very kind. It's not my first choice Kroger, but it's my neighborhood Kroger and I'm perfectly happy with it.

A Covid breeding place! We used to go here, but no longer. Nobody wears masks, especially not the employees, even though there are constant announcements in the store that employees are expected to be wearing them.

I like the store but the person who is answering phones in customer service needs to GO. Her name is Tamika and she was so rude to me and should not be in customer service. I was super nice to her on the phone just to be hung up on in the middle of talking. I needed to know some information on money orders before deciding to go there and from the start she acted like she hated her job and everyone around her. Her voice was very condescending and acted as if I was uneducated. When I got there and confronted her about her actions she continued to talk over me and lie saying that I said thank you and that the conversation was over. Which that is not true, I still had a question for her and she knows that. I heard on the phone that she sighed really loud before hanging up on me. I actually called a second time to ask for her name and why she hung up on me because I wasn't done asking questions and she proceeded to hang up on me again. Please review this employee as this is concerning as she is the front line to your business when someone call for services. Thank you!

Seriously never any registers open. There are at least 10 people in line right now. And they are all big orders. What is going on...this happens every single time!

EMPLOYEES NOT WEARING MASKS! There are at least a few employees who refuse to wear a face covering at this location, even though Kroger requires that employees do so during the Covid pandemic. Those employees invariably find me in the store and yell next to my head or laugh out loud, spreading cyclones of "mouth rain" for 10 feet all around before I even have a chance to dive out of the way or don a poncho. Either that, or the non-mask-wearing employee tends to linger directly next to the one thing I came into the store to grab, usually talking to another employee. The one time I politely approached such an employee and asked her nicely if I could please grab something next to her and waited until she finally stepped back, she gave me a dirty look. Girl, I just want some cherry tomatoes and I'm out of your hair.

There are certainly nicer Kroger stores, especially further north (71st/Binford, Fishers, Carmel, etc.) but this one gets the job done when I need it to. They've gotten some upgrades with offering organic and natural foods in this store and the alcohol section has what I need. The check out process is usually the issue I have with this location. No matter how many lanes are open, it seems they have some slow moving lanes. I definitely prefer a cashier who cares and wants to make conversation and handles your groceries gently but in the midst of busy times, it seems they have no sense of urgency. Sometimes, it's also hard to find employees to help you find items within the aisles/around the store. I do like that the gas station is conveniently located so that you can shop and fill up at the same time.
