Incompetence all around. Long waits. Rude staff. Lots of run around to get clarity on anything. They have billed prescriptions incorrectly but reassured me multiple times over months that it was correct and the price just went up. Turns out they weren't even billing my insurance, only a discount card. This happened with both my daughter & myself. The last straw was when I dropped my child's prescription off it it was not filled nor were we contacted. While attempting to pick it up, we were told it was too soon to fill. It was last filled on 8/31, picked up on 9/2. It is 10/1 and the Pharmacy Manager Namratha Musunuru still refused to process it because she said she now has a 1-day early rule for all controlled substances. However, it is only 1 day early at this point. I am pleading with her as my daughter took her last pill the night before and it's now out. She refused to process it until 10/2 and says it is out of stock anyways. I am not sure if that is true and if so, it is even more upsetting as I dropped her prescription off on 9/29 and have been in communication with them each day about it.
At this point, I am drained. But I will never stop advocating for my daughter. We will be switching pharmacies and I will be continuing to work with Kroger to receive the $100's of dollars paid unnecessarily for medication that was billed incorrectly. I have felt bullied & judged but not anymore. I hope they can turn it around as I have been loyal to Kroger my entire life. This is truly disappointing.

Super n̈ice pharmacists but the answering machine is horrendous
It's probably worse then a CIA investigation with all the ridiculous questions to speak with anyone in the pharmacy

Staff here are always super friendly. The one staff member who always stands out to me, though, is Cheyenne. I've only recently learned her name, but she always provides outstanding customer service in a quick and timely manner.

The people receiving the calls are the most impatient people. I understand that working is hard but the people taking calls are just rude and aggressive. They cut you off mid sentence and talk to you as fast as possible.

I've only been there twice to pick up and drop off. They are nice, helpful, and they help you save money on your prescriptions. I appreciate that. Every penny goes a long way.

Why is the guy checking people out???? He is hands down the slowest pharmacy tech I've ever had to deal with.I've been in line nearly 20 minutes for him to check out 3 people. Roughly 1 person per 7 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.If it wasn't a lot cheaper than CVS, I'd switch back to CVS.

The Staff at Buff and Southport are so rude. I have Witnessed a Deli employee several times role her eyes once her customer walks away and this same employee has complained to me about new hires that work in her dept. The cashiers also seem to hate their jobs and customers. Not a good environment to be in AND I 99% of the time have to bag my groceries while the cashier just stands there doing nothing

I needed a prescription soon and as busy as they were on a Friday evening, they got it ready for me. Also a technical issue with texts. Two very helpful ladies, very friendly and knowledgeable.
