I have shopped at Kroger stores on the east side of Indianapolis for more than 50 years. In the last two years I have noticed a decline in service and attitude of employees. At times they have been very rude to customers so I switched to shopping at the Linwood store and couldn’t be happier. The check out people Are always pleasant, fast and professional. The pharmacy techs are the best in town of all pharmacies. Today I called in for prescription refill at opening time and got a call back that my prescription was ready. ( less than 20 minutes) Matt and Syd in the pharmacy are so good and customer oriented. Kroger should be proud of this pharmacy. Keep up the great work!

I love my local Kroger, and love this pharmacy. They have a drive-thru, and medication delivery, but I prefer to go inside to get my meds just because these people make it so enjoyable. Megan, in particular, gives everyone a positive and unique experience, Ashlinn is a delight, Sid is hilarious, but really the whole team is marvelous. They all seem to respect each other and enjoy their work. It hardly feels like an errand to go get my meds.
Also, shout-out to Jacoby in the bread isle, and Tracy at the self scan checkouts in the Kroger-kroger. They're tremendously helpful, and always take care of their customers.
The parking lot can be chaotic, but if you're a compassionate and patient person, it won't matter.
I can't tell you enough how much I LOVE my Kroger and Kroger pharmacy.

Great customer service. Megan and Ashlinn made me feel seen and cared for answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was just an another customer. They get busy but always answer the phones or call you back in a timely matter. I’d recommend them to all my friends

This is the closest pharmacy as well as one of the only ones in the area. This particular kroger is a bit chaotic sometimes due to the high volume of people. HOWEVER, the employees at the pharmacy do the best they can to keep up with it. Miss Megan is very helpful and always takes care of me. She always greets me radiating positivity. The other pharmacy techs are very helpful as well. This pharmacy is very busy most of the time. Moreover, even with the chaos, the staff still articulates with poise and respect to every patient. Sometimes it takes a minute to wait on your medication.The aforementioned crowd of people does create a bit of a wait so a little 15-20 min wait is understandable. I’m confident they deal with a lot throughout their day but I have only had a positive experience with the employees. I’m very thankful for them.

Best pharmacy in the area. The pharmacists are compassionate, capable and helpful. I don't know why this place doesn't have better reviews.

Very knowledgeable staff. They helped me navigate around starting a new medication. They are also very friendly. When refilling prescriptions, they are ready when they say they will be ready.

I've been with this place for 5 years and I was already annoyed when they were taking 48 hours to fill a prescription. The last time I got something from here it took 5 days and now there telling me my medication is on back order for 2 weeks and they won't even try to help me fix it. I grade this pharmacy as the worst pharmacy in town.

I want to start by saying I prefer Kroger over most grocery options, except for Meijer. This location is terrible however and I only go because of the proximity to my house. I'm grateful there is a grocery store in the area, as it is underserved and usually neighborhoods like this are food desserts. And while there are many in the community that support this Kroger, I don't see Kroger supporting the community. Staffing - It is clear that this store is understaffed, maybe that is out of their control but it is exacerbated by their preference for security over community. The self-checkout stations are limited to only one side of the store, there is never more than one checkout line, and they often have card only options which squeezes out some of the most vulnerable. It's sad that we have 5-10 minute waits to check out, seemingly throughout the day. Further, this location lacks some healthy alternatives and doubles down on junk food. The community is not being served by Kroger here. I hope things will change.

Long lines. Prices are ok but be prepared to wait when you are ready to check out. No one that works at the store or management seem to care.

Literally was told 15 to 20 minutes for my medicine to be ready because it was switch again. Been sitting here for over 30 minutes. And I would have gladly just came the next day. I understand being understaffed but literally could have just said it will be a while and I would come back.....super irritating

Well I had a great experience with this pharmacy I had a bit of a problem but Matthew got the situation fixed he was kind and has great customer service skills and his help he had there was excellent too Brooke got me together and was very nice and sweet.

parking is awful it is outdated and small with a small selection of everything lines get crazy but expected definitely trailer type of trashy store it is convenient that is about it South Emerson at Ross Kroger is world's away literally and figuratively

Worse one of them just like the rest of the store. Dropped medication off at 12 and it's not ready at 330 and the lady said give her 30 minutes. Just horrible service all together and the store went to hell as well.
