Called 4 times and to ask about a prescription notice I received. Apparently, no one can answer a phone even after I let it ring for several minutes. Even when kroger office answered and transferred me to the pharmacy, there was still no answer!

A mess… this Kroger is so horribly understaffed and mismanaged. It is a shame that Kroger corporate doesn’t care to help those working at this store. I mean look at the other Krogers in more affluent areas, way better amenities, happier staff, better stocking and safety… I avoid this Kroger like the plague.

If you're getting canned, refrigerated or frozen food as well as drinks and candy and health products you're in the right store. If you're wanting fresh veggies and fruit, you will want to go somewhere else. Every single piece of vegetable and fruit looks absolutely disgusting. They should immediately seize selling veggies until they have them fresh. Every piece of anything has black spots and the greens have even changed to gray. I've never seen that before until coming here. The only reason people shop here is because it's the only big grocery store in the neighborhood. Anywhere else is 15-30 minutes away. The Mexican grocery stores have better veggies and fruits and are always fresh. I don't advise you shop here unless it's your last resort.

I had a prescription called into Walgreens. I gave them a few hours to fill it and went to pick it up. The guy said they weren't "contracted" for those prescriptions and would have to pay full price. I asked them to send it over to Kroger, so I could fill it there. He said they couldn't and I would have to call my doctor to change it. After calling and getting it moved, Kroger had it ready in no time. They were super nice and efficient. I absolutely will be using this pharmacy from now on!

I can't believe how bad it's gotten at Krogers. It's dirty. Very! And they have shopping carts that randomly lock up inside the store which you need to find an employee to unlock. Good luck with that! They couldn't make it any more uninviting if they tried. I went to two eastside Krogers this week and the same mess was evident both places. They aren't even trying anymore.

This is the most important business in our neighborhood but I hate going there because of the long checkout lines. 20 minutes is not uncommon, whether that be self-checkout or at a cashier. Kroger's cost-cutting has made the "experience" something dreadful. As I guess they want us to, we've opted for delivery, but that isn't as good as it could be because you can't order, say, a steak. This store is frequently out of common items like Kroger brand pop.I have heard this is the busiest Kroger in Indiana, which makes it even more frustrating that they put up in-aisle displays that prevent one from getting around the store easily.

The "nice" Kroger, it's usually a madhouse here. Lots of people and narrow aisles. If you enjoy grocery shopping in the leisurely sense, you won't have a good time here. Kroger of course offers healthier options at this location while neglecting the folks at the Linwood location. It is what it is but it shouldn't be this way.

I don't even want to give this pharmacy one star. The pharmacist Zoey is very rude and very lazy. She spoke over me everytime I would try to speak. I then had to get loud for her to FIANLLY listen to what I had to say. She then tries to talk me into going to another Kroger Pharmacy because it is clear to see that she doesn't want to do her job. I would NOT appoint anyone to go to this location even if it's for immediate medication nor even a one time prescription.

I don't usually have problems picking up my prescriptions but I just had a young man interrupt me every time I tried to tell him the name of a medicine that I requested. He wouldn't let me finish a sentence. This is rude, and there's no reason for it as our call was finished in less than 5 min.
