Very rude senior pharmacy tech, TRACI!!! I tried to call to soak to the manager but no one answered the phone in the main store. She acts like everything is a problem. I handed her a transfer coupon for groceries and she looked at it and said like it was a coupon for the prescription which was way less than for the gift card amount. I said that's not what that says. So she didn't even read the coupon. Then she's like how do I do this??? I guess to the pharmacist. I was a pharmacy tech for 10 years, I would have been written up at the very least if i spoke to customers this way. When I called to get the rx transferred she almost hung up without getting the name of the medication!! She was very rude about it to begin with. She sounded like she was asleep on bed at home. She never said bye or have a good day, just um hm. Really?!?! I wish it was recorded. I can't believe someone like that works there. I can see many others have had the same issue according to the reviews.

The lady named Tracey that works in the pharmacy is VERY rude!! Every time I get medications or call to get an eta, she’s always aggressive or snappy. She cuts you off when you’re talking and because of her and her rude, distasteful customer service; my family and I will be switching locations! I really hope something is done about this unfortunate situation! I love Kroger I just hate they have employees that hates the job/profession.

Most of the pharmacy staff are nice and a few have been phenomenal. However, there’s one there that’s ridiculously rude and that have made me take my prescriptions elsewhere. So it’s a mixed bag.

[Most rude and slow staff I’ve ever experienced anywhere.]I revised this to a 5 star after I was helped the same day by a very courteous and helpful person. Saved me money and was very friendly. Hopefully the trend continues bc wasn’t the first time I had a rude experience in there.

This location should be closed! Filthy conditions from the parking lot and throughout the store. Employees do nothing to clean up the conditions or help customers. Kroger should be ashamed to have their name on this store. We go several miles to go to a different store.

10 stars, this Kroger pharmacy saved me from a potentially bad drug interaction years ago and I let the head pharmacist know about how awesome the staff was to double check and let me know this!

This store is getting worse and worse. I had a pickup order and when I got home and unpacked it one of the six packs of soda was missing a can. I call nobody answers the phone. It's 1130 on a Tuesday morning. I call a second time nobody answers the phone. Every time I go there is a new exercise and disappointment, because this is only the incident today.

WHY do I keep stopping by here!!!!! I drive by this store a lot and sometimes it's just more convenient to stop by. BUT every time I do, the lines are outrageous!!! And I walk out swearing I will never return. BUT here I am again- in line! The staff are friendly and helpful. Maybe staff shortage? Maybe poor management??

It's awful. The most disgusting, rude staff I've ever encountered. They will hold their power over you and hold your prescription against you. They never answer the phone so you have to drive up there to check on your prescription because they won't answer. Laziest, slowest, most rude people I've ever met. Noone is helpful and if you ask them questions they will have an attitude about it. I've been here for a year and it's never been pleasant or easy. This is the first review I have ever left I just have no idea why those pole are so awful and how they have jobs.

It seems everytime I call to see if Rx are ready. They can’t tell me when they will be ready. Standard answer “we haven’t started working on it yet, call back later to see if they able to get it.done..I feel that Emily the tech is rude and does not value the customer’s need

The store does what it's suppose to - it's not a Whole Foods. The prices are a bit ridiculous none the less but the waiting to check out might be the most difficult thing at times here. During one visit, the line was down the aisle. I'm currently here at the pharmacy, their are 4 techs inside the pharmacy - just one tech who has been trying to check out for 15 mins. Now Olga is doing her best to translate for the tech at the register, while Matt cuts paper and Lydia does who knows what. They could have assisted and had everyone on their way during this time. How are these people in charge of distributing medication when they lack common sense?

Although the staff r very nice in the pharmacy, they r under staffed. They either get my prescriptions wrong/or make me wait sometimes 3 days.Ive arrived 2 pickup @ designated time only 2b told I have 2 wait another 30 minutes... online it says:open @9 AM when in truth they open @10 AM (another wasted trip) Ive called 2 speak w pharmacy & it's rang 4 OVER 10 minutes-then they answer & put me on hold AGAIN Another time an Employee answered & couldn't Pronounce any of the medications I was asking for & clearly wasn't familiar with this department.(she sounded like she came straight from the Hood)-REALLY? If u can AVOID this store-u should

Can’t get in and out of the pharmacy drive thru without waiting at least 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the window, even if you’re right behind someone else. I’ve seen three people inside with their backs to the window, but even if you try pressing the call button it’s likely someone will come just to give a terse “I’ll be with you in a few minutes”. Today I had to just drive away to try again later due to other commitments. Our time is valuable too!
UPDATE 7/21/2021: The drive thru has now been closed entirely for 2-3 months. According to the store manager, they've closed it due to being short staffed. Not sure how closing the drive thru is a valid response to that--you need staff to help people whether they come to the counter or the drive thru. At any rate, I've moved my prescriptions to Walgreens until they figure it out.

When did companies decide to hire the meanest, most incompact people to run banks and pharmacies? Greedy firms don't pay people so they are all sleep walking? I guess Kroger is just fine with Mr. Gower of "Its A Wonderful Life" Becoming the norm. The younger generation is supposed to be the best with technology- well not at this location it seems- they don't set it up for you like my last pharmacy - you have to ask- and when you ask - they DON"T SEND TEXTS! I am A+ cert with a degree Web Dev. so - even though I am older - I know about technology AND our generation knows about customer service. Which is lacking at this location- One your young women who answers the Pharmacy phone should be shopped over the phone; very rude- very unprofessional. Why does she have a job?
