The worst service. The Pharmacist was rude and so was all the other staff. They don’t answer the phone. Then you go in for just a refill and have to wait 20+ minutes. Just to request a refill. Then this last time the tech didn’t even request it. I never got never got a notification it was ready. I went back and of course she never put it in. Great service!

It’s sad that you have to wait 2 days for your diabetes test meter and strips when there is 3-4 people working. Kept being told give us 10 more mins

This is the closest pharmacy but it is not very professional since I need the medicine quickly and I always have to wait a long time and sometimes even the next day. In addition to that, they are not very friendly.

It's the worst pharmacy ever. How would I call for my medication status and ask when I can get it. I am told I will get a message when it's ready. One is very sick here, waited for hours, no message. I then start calling, but there is no response. Now I can't have my medications, and I will have to wait for the next day to even get it. This is soo unprofessional. And so unfair on patients, if you can not keep up, then why are you open for business?

Been trying to call about my husbands prescription and nobody wants to answer a phone. Usually they're really good and nice and fast service but apparently not today. At least answer and put me on hold...first time they picked up and hung up...

This kroger follows customers around. On my way out I was stopped by a woman. She said, I been watching you. I didn't understand at first. She repeated herself and I was confused. She said you did have that in your cart, I watched and that was never there!" I think some youtubers was filming, there's no way a manager approaches a customer like that. I said it's been there. She kept saying no it wasn't! Over and over and over. I said again yes it's been here the whole time. I asked are you accusing me of stealing, she rolls her eyes at me and continues with this foul treatment. Then she finally asked for a receipt, why didn't she ask me before insulting me, stalking me, harassing me, disrespecting me, and just plain unprofessional. Her face was pale when she saw I paid! I had tears rolling so I walked off. She screams sarcastic to have a nice day after her giving me this mean treatment, she has an ideal that ppl go through stuff and I don't get out bc I'm in the hospital all the time, she will insult and stalk the right one one day. Yes I went in my car and started balling, why would she do that to me, I was humiliated in front of alot of ppl. :(

The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Not to mention Kroger Pharmacy typically has the cheapest prescription prices!

Horrible pharmacy. They filled our prescription then the next day sold our meds to someone else because they needed it. Unacceptable!
