This is the worst Kroger I have been to for grocery shopping. The self checkout lines are a huge mess, and the check out line was a disaster. The cashier Tatanya was about to pass out at her register and was rude. She did not demonstrate excellent customer service. I come here to shop because it is close to where I live, but never again. The store is very disorganized and appears to be very short staffed every time I come on to shop. The self checkout lines are a mad house and do not work properly. It is a headache to check out through these self checkout lines because the items never scan the way you want them to. The food selection is very minimal and you can never find what you are looking for in the store. The ambiance is not inviting to the customer, and it is not structured properly to locate what you want throughout the store. Stay far far away from this Kroger! You will not have a pleasant shopping experience.

This is the worst designed parking lot of any Kroger I have visited. Thankfully this is not my regular store so I will never need to go here again. Plus, no Starbucks inside.

The sweet lady checking me out was understanding. However, the pharmacist nasty under hand comment about why I was taking the medication was unnecessary and embarrassing. I wasn't happy that all the people in line were now privy to my health and my child didn't need to know either. He needs to keep his nasty comments to himself. This wasn't the first time his open opinion about health issues has been public. Stop talking about everyone's health issues. HIPPA applies here too. Just to get my meds and go cost me over $1000 just so he'd stop embarrassing me. I didn't even care about insurance at that point. My dignity was crushed.

Good customer service. They call when your prescription is ready.

I think this may be the best pharmacy in town. A very helpful staff which goes out of the way to provide superior customer service. The pharmacists are able to provide understandable information about the drugs they dispense and the technicians and other staff members greet you with a smile. EVERY time.

$400 In groceries. No cashiers! Not one. Except for the one who rushed over when I tried to buy champagne before 12pm because we live in hilljack Indiana. This was super fun.

Woof. The customer service here is deplorable. Went in to get a money order and a lottery ticket. The person behind the counter was talking to (what I assume was) another worker on the other side of the counter when he saw me get in line and rudely said 'I'm closed.' Then another lady behind the counter says something to me but I can't hear her from behind the giant piece of glass separating the counter and the line. I think she is saying she can help me?? So I say 'I need a money order'. Then she yells something at me. Again, can't hear. I have to walk around to the end of the counter to hear her. She says rudely, 'We're closed'. Ok... yes, the guy said that too. I ask if there's a machine to get a lottery ticket. She goes on to say that they are too busy to sell me a money order and they aren't trained on the machine that generates lottery tickets. OK, UM THEN WHAT THE F*** ARE TWO EMPLOYEES (and possible third) DOING BEHIND THE SERVICE DESK IF YOU ARE TOO BUSY???There is a reason I never shop at Kro-ghetto.

This pharmacy frequently talks to patients in condescending tones. Whenever I go to this pharmacy- or even CALL them, I know I will not be respected; and hardly even helped. There have been numerous times when my prescription was supposed to be filled, nothing was done about it, and still they do not offer me an extra medication so that I don’t go a day without it. This is sad- we should be able to go get the medication‘s we need without talking to someone that doesn’t like their job.

I have had SO many bad experiences with this Kroger on 86th Street near Westfield Boulevard. Prescriptions requested for refill on the portal that require a doctor's renewal have been sent to Never Never Land, as in I have never heard back from the pharmacy about what is going on. The request is just deleted when I look up the status. The front register staff are clueless about how to fix issues or process renewals. They are very slow in providing service when you go up to the container. The last time I was there, the person manning the pickup counter literally walked away and ignored me for at least 5 minutes. At this point I will go back to the Kroger on Keystone and 62nd street, even though it's farther away, because I never had these problems, even during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Very seldom have medicines on hand. Fulfillment takes longer than other Kroger pharmacies.

I come to this Kroger occasionally when I need a few items and I'm parking in their lot to run or walk the Monon. It's convenient, and I figure on,y fair since I am using the parking lot! It's fine for the basics, but it is a small store, so selection is more limited than other locations in all areas (e.g produce, cereal, greeting cards). The self check outs are usually pretty fast, but do keep an eye on them...I had one item (produce) that rang up twice and no one was at customer service to help straighten it out. I opted to not spend a lot of time hunting someone down over a few dollars. Anyway, I'll continue to pop in periodically when I need a few things post run!

Their hold music was hideous. Then they threw me into a hold status for over 30mins then h/u on me.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, I would. I called about a prescription that should have been filled ten days ago… it won’t be ready until 5 pm today. It’s 10 am, ten days after the fill request. I’m confused? This is a constant at this pharmacy and you receive an attitude by whoever you speak with, like you’re the one who missed the mark by ten days.

This is a relatively small Kroger. They have everything you need but it's doesn't have the "extras" I've come to expect from Kroger. Also when I was purchasing an item from the pharmacy area it was blocked. Come to find out it was recalled OTC pain meds. The checkout attendant asked me to show her where it was and pulled everything from the shelves. I applaud her sense of urgency and thoroughness but I also wonder why management didn't have it pulled proactively.

This Kroger has gotten better in the last couple of years. Several years ago, this location was a hard 2.5 stars, but now it's a solid 3.5 (although Yelp doesn't allow for half-stars, so I'm giving it four). The produce and bakery section has been completely redone, and it's a lot more open and inviting. I can usually find everything that I need at this location, plus a few random items that I don't usually see at my regular grocery store. The wine and beer selection is decent and organized. There is also a refrigerated case with chilled wine. If you're looking for the Redbox box, it's outside! It's kind of nice actually -- you can just pull up to the curb and get your movie quickly without having to step inside the store. This Kroger also has a gas station in the same parking lot, so you can get discounted gas when you enter your Kroger card number.
