Not impressed. Pharmacy is closed for 30 minutes for lunch despite hours posted not reflecting this nor the hours listed on the prescription bags. And to top it off, drive thru closes 10 minutes prior to closing times posted. Again, nothing is posted about it. The store manager assures me this has been happening since covid began. Too bad it takes more than 4 years to update your signage.

Finally have had enough of being bullied by the pharmacy to leave a review and call cooperate and voice my opinion! Your employees are extremely rude and make you feel like a total bother for needing meds. I was told today that my meds would be done in 30 minutes only to find out directly in 30 minutes that they are closed for lunch! Biggest joke of a pharmacy ever! They also need to hire someone else to work here because these ladies are horribly rude!

Understaffed Kroger store (not pharmacy) on cashier's, no reason why it should take 40 minutes to check out! Sad, 1 register was open and forced everyone else to go to self checkout. Possibly this location is worse that the one on East Street.

I moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy from CVS due to the lack of customer service and staffing at CVS. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with the staff at this Kroger pharmacy. I’ve had a couple of issues with medication being out of stock or on back order (not within their control), and they always go above and beyond helping me track down the medication at a different location and then transfer it for me. They handle all of the phone calls behind the scenes and are always super helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely a positive experience compared to the customer service I’ve received at other pharmacies.

AMAZING experience every time. I am slowly in the process of moving all of my prescriptions to this location from a horrible CVS. I am so happy and lucky to have found such caring pharmacy staff that always make sure to go the extra mile instead of doing the bare minimum as their competition at CVS does.
