Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. The girl on the phone had no clue what she was doing and then transferred me to a pharmacist who caught the mess up of the said girl on phone only to be rude, condescending and said she will take an hour to fill my son’s meds because she said i was rude. Unbelievable that Kroger allows such egregious behavior. Go literally anywhere else.

The pharmacy tech Tairyn would rather play on her phone than help customers. They're central fill is a joke. My meds used to be ready all at once each month. Ever since covid they don't care. But seriously, it's very rude of Tairyn to just sit there playing on her phone and not acknowledge my presence!!!!!! 😡🤬

I’ve been with this pharmacy for years & it has always been a positive experience. The pharmacist has personally taken time to discuss the medications with me, as well as any delays that occurred in the past which were always resolved within 24-48 hours even for supply shortages which are usually out of the pharmacy’s control (Impressive)! I’d say that this pharmacist & the entire staff are aligning with their mission, vision & values in the most positive way. Everytime I call & go to pick up, I’m greeted with a positive attitude (& I know they deal with a lot!) Plus they give my daughter a sucker whenever she asks for one! Very personable experience for myself & my family. I hope the pharmacist & staff are recognized for their outstanding commitment to ensuring the people are safe with their prescriptions! Thank you guys for always looking out for my families best interest. We genuinely appreciate your hard work & dedication! ~ Shelbi

This is for the pharmacy inside, the store as a whole is great, just the pharmacy I have issues with. They power trip like none other. You have a basic question and you ask it nicely? Well guess what, you're an enemy now. If you dare ask for your prescription before they have it ready, be ready to wait even longer now because they like to play games. You have a question and you call? Prepare to be hung up on multiple times.
I get that it can be busy, and I understand because I work in a similar environment. However, it doesn't matter how calm and patient you are, they will still treat you with a nasty attitude.

Poor communication. Not quick to fill anything. They need better management, it has always been like this.

I am so glad that I switched to this pharmacy. I don't want to downplay the toughness of the job, but it seems like Kroger pharmacy (at least this location) is much less understaffed and overworked than other pharmacies. I am able to get my prescriptions filled very quickly and I always get an answer when I call on the phone. Other retail pharmacies are so backed up that they can't even answer the phone and the queue is days long. I'm grateful that I have found a pharmacy that makes it very easy for me to get my prescriptions in a timely manner.

Went in to Kroger on Thompson road, picked up some milk 5 gift cards for my boyfriend and 3 tulips for me, and my daughter in law and her friend for Mother's Day . They loved the tulips and I was happy as well.

I have had nothing but issues with the pharmacy! I am a pretty patient person. I understand if you're short staffed but for a person in the pharmacy to scream "WHO ARE YOU!?" WHAT'S YOUR DATE OF BIRTH?" as I was trying to explain why I was calling. She was soo rude. The same person I believe took Five minutes to check me out through the pick up window (someone else was attending to the desk for people inside) . I just figured she was going through my meds to make sure everything was good. NOPE! One of the prescriptions was an old one and it wasn't even put through my insurance. Today I sent my husband to get my meds after he ran errands and I was given ANOTHER 90 day supply of a medication I just picked up a week and a half ago. Not sure why they filled it again. My husband drove away thinking it was the medicine I needed because the lady didn't even say what it was just said yeah we have one ready. So now I have 180 supply of a medication I shouldn't have been able to get again for three months. I have strep throat and now have to go back in to get my meds but have to wait another half hour. Stay far away from this pharmacy. I've had literally nothing but issues!!
Also the at&t people hassle you every time they're there. Makes me want to go somewhere else completely. Unfortunately Kroger is pretty convenient.

The carts all need repaired. There's also never any carts in the corral in the entrance, so be prepared to grab one on your way in from the parking lot. Lines are usually pretty long at the checkout, but only during busy times on the weekend. I actually prefer coming to this location over the one right by my house. I like the vastness of products, as the one near me doesn't have the kitchen items & countertop appliances selection. Good produce and meat selection and the staff is always helpful. Brandon is a nice & funny guy. We always look forward to seeing him while he bags our groceries at the checkout.
