This pharmacy is great! Especially since the newer manager, Brandon has taken over. The staff provides excellent customer service, great communication and prompt service for your prescription needs. Thank you, Brandon and the Johnson Field location team. You all are awesome!

I had to call and ask when Drive up window would be open she stayed I guess I could open now it was. 2:30 then she looked at me and continued to.mess with bags that were hung up they are the worst

Not very friendly and if you wait in line an the closing time approaching they shut it down 5 minutes early an don’t bother to help youI miss the previous staffThey act like we are inconveniencing themMaybe the pharmacist should be left alone to fill an everyone else do all the other things

Honestly, I have never given a review. There hav been times when I probably should have but I am an understanding person. We have all had a bad day. However, my experiences with this pharmacy have been terrible 99% of the time. The employee's are untrained and rude. I have been talked down to and I literally left in tears. Chances are There will never be another Matt/Brandon team...but these employees are horrible. They don't smile....and I am thinking that they truly hate their job. I had 3 different technicians tell me 3 different things about my pick up time. The pharmacist literally made his own rules. He went against Kroger policy! It's so frustrating. I am sadly seeking a new pharmacy.

Be careful buying groceries from this Kroger. Several items purchased have been sold after the expiration date!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

A few staff are very needlessly rude and short. However the majority of the staff are kind and helpful. My medication is usually ready when they say it will be. Usually staffed well but the drive thru isn’t always open. I’m disabled so getting into the store can be a challenge. Overall pleased compared to a lot of pharmacy’s out there.

I needed a prescription for Paxlovid. My husband arrived at the pharmacy while they were waiting on their last customer. The employee told my husband they were closed after waiting on that customer. The next morning my husband arrived at the time they opened and they were 10 minutes late opening.

Kroger's pharmacy has always been top notch for us. We used to use the CVS across the road, after multiple horrible experiences there and bad customer service from the CVS pharmacy we switched to Kroger. Everything has been smooth ever since.
