Co Line & Emerson is great.

Worst customer service I’ve seen at a Kroger. Don’t use their Coinstar unless you plan to buy something because they won’t redeem it unless you do. The only way around that is by going to customer service, but good luck finding someone there. It’s deliberate. NEVER AGAIN.

I completely understand employees needing to take mandatory breaks but there is no reason that the fuel center isn’t attended at all times. Not everyone uses credit cards to get gas. Highly disappointed. This isn’t the first or the second time

Assumptions and biases will get you no where! I visited Indy often lately for work. Co workers and I tend to stop into this location since it is right by the hotels and we stock up on water, snacks , and even the occasional bottles of wine. Last time I stopped in, our group bought a few bottles at self checkout and we were ready for the attendant to check our IDs. We are a diverse group and as we presented our IDs , jokingly with the attendant telling her she could pick any of them. Mind you, we have IDs from FL and one from NC. The attendant looked right at one of us and said 'we dont take foreign IDs' and turned straight to the Caucasian male in our group and checked his ID. I wish I would have gotten her name. How rude ,racist, unprofessional, and uncalled for! My team was abbhored. What a crushing line for team morale. Lucky, we didnt just decide to walk out and leave our items there. We did not make a scene and proceeded on our way. Of course, that was the topic of our talk for the evening. We will be taking our business down the street. This was a Tuesday evening, July 22nd perhaps around 7 or 8pm. Whomever this employee is ,needs to re evaluate how she speaks with patrons and leave her biases at home.

High volume store without question. Taking that into consideration, this rating is based on forcing people to self checkout. I load my cart, unload it to check MYSELF out and then bag it, put it the cart so I can take it to my car where I once again unload and load. Kroger SHOULD pay me!

No fried chicken. Not one piece at 5:30 on a Wednesday. Absolutely ridiculous

Watched the produce kid mess with his braids while talking on ear buds. It took just under a minute for him to put one container of strawberries in the cooler case when he should have placed 10-20 of them in the case. Now I know why there was no whole milk stocked for the customers to buy. I did not feel comfortable in the store like we used to.

Went shopping here today with my wife and I just want to say the employees here are very rude! The lady at checkout acted like we were an annoyance to her and spoke to us like we were children…
Kid in the parking lot that was gathering carts tried to pick a fight with me as we were leaving because I opted to put our cart in the cart corral rather than bring it around an entire line of cars to him… once he saw I’m a proud supporter of the second amendment he walked away…
Shame on you Kroger

Not enough open lanes, they'd prefer you wait 20 minutes to do their job. Self-checkout heaven.

If I could have given them a negative 10, I would have. Let me tell you about my latest trip there! I have a service dog. I need him for PTSD, panic disorder, hypoglycemia, fibromyaga, arthritis! My dog Charlie, who was my last service animal, died of mold poisoning! Which absolutely devastated me. So, I picked Sam from a shelter as my new service dog. He is in training. I walked in Kroger to pick up scripts for my elderly client. And, to get stuff to make acake for her. As soon as I went in, this security guard started following me. The manager and some staff know he is a service dog. Well, he was watching my six, behind me. I thought my dog barked at another dog, but it was the security guard he was alerting me to. I asked him to stop following me, and it was making me nervous. He said the manager wanted to talk to me. I allow my service dog to be touched cause they are going to do it anyway. I let him be petted by a small child and people in the store. And, here come the security guard again. Saying my dog tried to attack a child. I was in an aisle, and a big man blocked my one way, and security blocked the other. Yelling at me said my dog isn't a service. The dog barked because security kept following. So, I went into a panic mode, and security had a gun. I went into survival mode. I was blocked that could have been a really bad situation for my dog, me, and for others for absolutely no reason! They told me my dog had to leave. People service animals do not have to wear vests, and yes, they do bark to alert. They should not be petted or talked to. And, to make a service animal leave anywhere, IS AGAINST THE LAW! So, I have to go back to that Kroger to pick up scripts and food for my client. Every time I think about what happened there, I get scared! That is when I need my service dog! What do I do????

The popcorn bar seemed like a weird idea at first- now it's my favorite thing! They even did a flavors contest for the Superbowl, that was so fun! The individual who usually makes the popcorn seems like they really enjoy their job. EDIT- the new person is not nearly as good, but maybe with time they will get there...
Also a quick shout out to the deli, a decent basic deli department. Nothing too fancy but nothing wrong with basic if it's quality.
