It is not possible to go to a place where they don't even respect you as a customer, and I am referring specifically to customer service. They don't understand that you are the one who pays part of their salary. If they don't get more customers, they are out of a job. Also, they don't have a minimum of respect or consideration for people ( im talking about my personal experience). They are rude and to top of it, they don't serve you and if they do serve you, they serve you in a bad way. You have to be afraid to ask them anything because they don't answer you correctly and sometimes they respond aggressively. The customer service at this Kroger is practically null, zero, the worst thing that could have happened to me as an experience. I'm sorry, but I have to say it.

Don’t buy gift card from KROGER, my mom (80 yrs old) bought an amazon gift card from this store to give it to me as a gift. The Card was tampered. and trying to file a complaint about it and they told us to call different number for the said issue. Why are you going to let the customer suffer for all of this hassle since what they did was to buy the card from your store. It’s your responsibility to attend to this matter, and not the customer to call the 1-800 #. You need to trained your employee to check the card first before giving it to the customer. Senior citizen doesn’t even have any knowledge of checking the card if it’s tampered or not. So disappointed about your process, and so disappointed about how you help customer regarding this matter ?

Nice well organized
Good selection. I was there at about 4:30, and checkout was a breeze. They had plenty of hand baskets available but no shopping carts. Fortunately, a hand basket was fine for me. It was raining out, and no shopping baskets were available, though the place wasn't crowded. This means shoppers would enter the store and need to go back out into the rain to get one.

I bought some lemons and some apples. I really didn’t pay any attention to the bag. I just grabbed them. I got home and two of the apples was bad and my lemons went bad in two days please pay attention to your fruit and vegetables. I don’t know what I did with the receipt but I just didn’t want to go back up there. They don’t last long at all.
