The produce manger is the worst person in the planet I have ever known.. Lacks of leadership skills and she should be fired for treating people with disrespect and unacceptable behavior. She doesn’t care about others and understanding the person has a feeling and emotion just like she has. All the manager should be replaced and retrained for leadership and management roles.

This Kroger is horrible. I’m a typically understanding person, but this staff is terrible. We get in at 9:30pm and a staff member says “Oh, better hurry! We’re closing soon” Annoying, but ok. 9:45 hits “15 minutes, hurry up.” I work in a restaurant, I know it’s annoying having people stay near close. But that’s unacceptable. 9:50, a man finds us just repeating “10 minutes 10 minutes.” At this point, they start making an announcement every minute over the speaker.
We check out at 9:57. The sign says 10 for $10 body armor so we got 10. The sign was out of date and inaccurate and we paid full price (with our card!), on top of terrible staff. At this point, we’re too annoyed to care.
We’re walking out the door at 9:58 and they have a man standing at the door not allowing a lady in!!! THE STORE IS STILL OPEN.
Overall lazy. Can’t follow their work hours but can harass customers and can’t change signs to show accurate prices. I’ll go back to driving the extra 15 minutes to meijer, or spending the extra money at target (since I’m already overpaying at Kroger!)
*ADDING to say we came for water and they were completely out of all water packs besides Aquafina on the floor. How sad they can’t even stock their shelves with WATER

This Kroger is cleaner, spacier and better lit than most Kroger’s. We use many locations in IN and OH. 7pm on Sat evening it was medium busy, had everything we wanted and I saw responsive staff.

Went to get a WHOLE SEEDED WATERMELON as I was assisted with picking one out as it was in the SEEDED WATERMELON BOX. Got to the register the price seemed off so I asked if it was SEEDED the girl at the register said YES. Only to get home and cut it open and was SEEDLESS 😡😡😡😡😡😡

Not sure how many more people need to complain about your employee Angel before something is done. I’m not kidding every single time I’m there it’s a horrible experience, I’ve been driving out of my way lately to a farther Kroger because of how rude that man is. I had to go to this location today unfortunately, but he makes it uncomfortable to shop there and that’s sad. No wonder you’re always so short staffed, the energy there is beyond negative.

Providing a 2 star rating to this location based on the encounter I witnessed as I was existing the store. A female employee was speaking down to a fellow male employee, rudely demanding that he pick something up out of the parking lot when she was right there and could have done it herself. Poor leadership, and outright disrespectful and very saddening to see. Whoever the manager is, hopefully not her, should review their training practices and how employees are to treat others with respect because this is something customers do not want to see.

I came to your location on Tuesday 3/4/25 at 1:15 p.m. there were no regular checkouts open, I left my cart at the front. No cashiers, no business, I don't do self checkouts. Very disappointed.

I came into the store on 2/24 10 minutes til 1pm. Im usually shopping much later in the day. I love this Kroger because of the Great Customer Service I am always shown and because the prices are affordable.I am usually feeding a large crowd. I hate that the there was call offs yesterday but some one should have been available to service the customers. If one person calling off made the fresh meat and seafood not open up on time then all the mangers that I saw on duty should have been available to assist him with opening. He appeared to have been really upset to be at work. The day shift employees(Senior Citizens) are not polite. I rather shop in the evening when the younger staff is working. Angel was the only manger that greeted me yesterday. None of the managers were talking or engaging with customers. They talked to themselves while unloading boxes.The senior citizen wearing the red vest was not in a happy Moore. She was not smiling or polite. She appeared to have been having a bad day. The senior citizen on the other side of the self check wearing the blue vest was complaining of not being able to take a break while I was talking to the manager on duty.Both ladies demeanor appeared to be that of someone who really did not want to be at work. The senior citizen at the customer service desk was also moving very slow. The older gentleman working the fresh meat and seafood counter had not had any of the food set up. The times on the front say 10am to 8pm. He gave no explanation as to when he would have it up and running. He too, appeared to have been having a bad day. He appeared to be Upset about being at work.I usually have a great experience here. I come here all the time to get things for my youth program at my Church. I was not able to place any orders that day. I did not get any help from any of the staff 2/24/2025. This had to have been my worst shopping experience. Now I have to find another Kroger for my Church events.
