Bring your own cart in when you roll up. Most of time they have 6 in the store. Makes you wonder if they can't keep the carts stocked in the building the what else are they failing at.

Worst Kroger management I’ve ever seen in my life. Nobody has a clue. I paid for groceries, system glitched, and they didn’t wanna accept the truth from my bank that funds were taken out of my account. A pending transaction is totally different from a purchased transaction, which mines was purchased. Get them out that store cause they can’t handle critical situations….do better

I used to love coming to this store location until today 09/18/2025 around 12PM, when I went to purchase a few jugs of water and then proceeded to purchase with cash at the self checkout near the health/beauty aides department. As I was patiently waiting on the associate to help resolve the technical error on the self checkout register that I was using; In which she did but pressed the wrong pay button by accident. While she was getting my change she gave me a hateful political speech which I didn’t come to the store to hear and I left the store very angry; However, I am still angered while typing this review. Customers stop at grocery stores to buy groceries not to hear an associate’s ignorant political rant that attacks them. I know sometimes, these things start with the customers but I didn’t start anything, I just wanted pay for the waters and leave. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but I felt like I needed to because this is very unacceptable behavior to be give hateful political speeches on the job. For now on, I will not set foot at this Kroger location again. I know some people may find this funny but they wouldn’t like hateful political rants shoved down their throats either, especially when it’s trashing people like themselves. I’ve never had this happen at any of the times that I’ve stopped in until today. I let my parents know about this and not to set foot at this store.

Had mostly what I wanted, cashier was friendly.
Only complaint i have is the produce section really needs better care. There were rotting and bug infested peaches

Went to the store, Saturday, had a cart full of items. When I went to the register, of course no cashiers. Had to use self checkout, the sensors wouldn’t read so it took 20 plus minutes to get through the checkout. Needless to say the majority of the time, they are out of stock on items, and they continually move the store around. I decided to either go to Emerson store or Sam’s. Over this store.

Staff has always been very nice but some of the overall standards and systems in place by Kroger could use reevaluating. Twice I’ve accidentally purchased subpar products that were left on the shelves, but both times the great manager and assistant manager there have refunded and/or helped me get a good product. Yesterday, a large deli order I placed online wasn’t fulfilled because the deli never got it, but Sheryl at the hot food section put together what she could for me and then gave me a discount for the trouble. Also, I saw a stocker help a lost child last week. Great staff, just some big-picture things that need to be looked at.
