Friendly employees however the entrance almost always smells like sewage. Very off putting. Remainder of the store is ok.

This Kroger is ok if you are in a pinch. The entryway always smells like spoiled food. The donuts look dead and dirty and the overall lighting in the story is depressing.
The employees are always kind though, but they deserve a prettier store to work in daily.

Keep it simple stupid. I swear I heard that at some point in regards to selling goods. Usually I shop at Meijer became to Kroger today. Most things are higher priced which I get prices or prices. But the things that were the same price on these sale they have a special QR code. Scanned it doesn’t work. Talk to a woman does a fellow customer that says she just takes it up there and they adjust the price. Pain. I take up all my goods and they were pretty unhelpful. Left and won’t come back. Doesn’t seem like transparent pricing just a bunch of hoops, even though I’m a Kroger plus member from years ago. Go figure. The staff seemed pretty unhelpful when it came to resolving this I couldn’t get a read on if they didn’t know or they didn’t want to help Probably won’t come back for another few years now.

I go here a lot and that’s what you can expect out of a Kroger, but I’ve had multiple different occasions where I buy perishables without thinking about it, and I noticed that the best by date is just a few days after I purchased the item. I know it’s my fault for not always checking, but I’m kind of annoyed with consistently paying full price for items that expire in a couple of days. Manage your inventory better and I may return shopping here thanks.

This Kroger is smaller and more intimate. Many of the employees have been there for years. The staff is always helpful and kind.

I usually don't give bad reviews but this store made me feel almost like just walking away from the self check out & going to trader joe's. I was shopping in this kroger store & when I started the self check out a male worker came and stood very close by me. At first I thought nothing of it until he kept staring at me watching my every move. The assistance needed light went off he quickly started looking in my bags checking my items. I then knew he was focused on me. After I finished and paid he then left the area. I went to meijers to get the items i couldn't find they were nicer. Maybe it was just this kroger after reading reviews on it.

I have shopped at this Kroger for 20 years. The people are friendly, kind and helpful! I LOVE their produce department. It always looks so nice!

This place has the worst customer service, it’s dirty, unorganized and the food is in deplorable condition. Nothing is ever priced right and if you go to customer service about it, they are so rude and not helpful at all. I’ve watched them yell at workers in front of the store. I’ve watched them be rude to other costumers. I’ve heard them cuss in front of people. This place is so unprofessional. I won’t even buy any produce or meat products from there. The eggs are always completely unsellable. Of course you can complain about it but I’m sure nothing will be done to fix it. Been going here since I was a teen. The 116th one is farther away but worth the trip to avoid this dump.

Don’t go to their customer service. The staff will walk right pass you… They won’t acknowledge you or help you. I stood for 9 minutes with at-least six staff members looking at me with no response. I had to ask them is anyone working over here as the line behind me grew. 15 minutes later I got help. Customer service is not a “priority here” as one lady put it. “ This makes no sense someone should always be at the register over here” another lady said. Do better. This is not the first, second or third time this has happened. I was on a lunch break and the whole time was spent watching you guys not do your job. I would rather drive all the way to 116th street for the service alone!

Bought a donut and a Starbucks cold brew coffee. Both old. The cream in the donut is curdled & chunky. The coffee is bitter. Do not recommend.
