This raggedy Kroger closes at 10, but pays the police to shit the doors at 9:45 and like and say it closes at 9:50. Update your listing, Kroger. The police officer refused to let me in to get a gallon of milk for my toddler. Meijer is much more organized anyway.

Kroghetto!!! I thought I may get to watch some fights here cuz a lot of customers have bad attitudes, neck tattoos and sag their pants. It smells like good weed in some of the isles but I couldn't find any. The employees are cool, they do their own thing. Occasionally the parking lot is really uncomfortable too. A lot of characters hanging out, loitering, asking for money and attracting police.

It was very hard for me to shop for hair dye, when the lady who works at the Kroger whomever she is, constantly huffed and puffed waiting right behind me as she broke down a box at her skid of product she was working on like I was some huge inconvenience to her . She gave me the ugliest of looks and rolled her eyes , just the audacity she had to make a customer who WAS PURCHASING ITEMS, feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed. Isn't her main priority supposed to be CUSTOMER SERVICE??!! Seems to me she lacks that the most not to mention her attitude and this feeling that she's above everyone else. So why is Kroger just ok with hiring people that literally hate themselves and the place they are supposed to represent. Probably never going to go back and I WAS a regular customer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND SHOPPING HERE

Only nice employees were a guy stocking produce and a busy(mgr?)helped in holiday dinner stuff.
I get that it's Thanksgiving, I just worked too but damn I don't have a 2nd head for those crazy, rude looks and actions. You're in customer service, act like it

Not safe. Customer was walking through the store destroying all kinds of things. The manager said it was accidental (no it was purposely done. Security said i can't call the police. The police said that they would not come. Unsafe won't shop at this location anymore

I would like to start off saying i have been shopping at this kroger for many years and never had an issue. However, after this recent election, my friend was shopping in this store at was racially profiled he was rold no back packs allowed and there was a sign on the door i went to this kroger tonight and there wasn't not one sign anywhere saying this the person was a white older larger individual thia is very discouraging because i absolutely live krogers however this time i am not a fan

Close and lock the doors 30 minutes before close and police the door so nobody can get in.
If your sign says open until 10pm, you're open to business until 10pm not 930pm.
I call this location "KroGhetto" for a reason. Bunch of lazy ingrates in there from security to cashiers

This kroger and people that work here are perfectly fine. The lady at the self check out was so helpful.
My problem is with Kroger the corporation. Price gouge everything and it's nearly unaffordable. Then you see a deal and you have to have the app.
I'm just trying to get my groceries why do I need an app.
Until kroger lowers prices and gives deals to everyone without needing an app, I refuse to shop here unless I just need one item in an emergency. I'll be going to Aldi.

Horrible ran, grocery store. Lines sometimes have 15 ppl and they refuse to open additional self check lanes or cashier lane. Very sad and stressful.

After years of frequently shopping at this store since we moved to South Indianapolis for 9 years with no customer service issues, today was a totally different experience...
I used the self checkout and needed cash back, at this point the rude employee told me there were problems with cash back at the kiosk and that I would need to get cash back at the customer service desk...after I attempted to take my purchase to the service desk (instead of cancelling the order on the kiosk) she demanded that I completed the purchase on the kiosk...to which I complied...my understanding was I could add the cash back to my purchase at the kiosk and then get the cash back at customer service (I did not see the need to do 2 transactions when I was only purchasing one item)...at this point the customer service employee had to come to the kiosk to verify the cash back request...the rude self checkout employee then remarked out loud in front of other customers "I told him he had to come over there"...i tried to explain my actions at the kiosk and was met with another smart mouthed retort, I stated loudly (being a former manager and current mail carrier) WHATEVER YOU DO, NEVER ARGUE WITH A CUSTOMER...after I said that things went silent and the rest of the visit was completed with no further issues...I do not appreciate being treated this way in front of other customers...this will be my last visit to Kroger...
