If your not open til the time your business hours say online than you should probably have it changed. If your store says open til 11 than stay your butts at work til then period

Been less than a mile from here for 4.5 years and I do everything to avoid it. It’s always messy, it’s basically self checkout only 75% of the time, the lines because of that get super long. I bought a loaf of bread here a few days ago, it was moldy within 48 hours even though it was “fresh baked the same day” according to someone there. Today my wife went to do some shopping because it said it closes at 11:00 and they’re currently pushing her out the door at 9:55 because they’re closing now. Save your stress and go to the one on Madison and Edgewood.

I am a regular customer of this store, I have been shopping there for more than 10 years, but because of your racist employees like Gina, I will no longer shop there. Today I received bad treatment from her. She went crazy yelling at me just for being Latina.

I stopped at the East Street location at 9:55 p.m. on December 19th to grab a gallon of milk before closing. The security guard said the manager decided to close early and wouldn’t let me in.

I had a very good experience with Kroger store. I’m not local and was passing by, but what may I say,: veggies are fresh and well stocked, plenty of fresh meat, poultry and fish and diary. Baby section. Wine and rum and beers, soft and sport drinks. BA little bit of dog/cat food, and other household stuff. Store is well lit, and stuff is friendly. Prices are bit hire then Walmart, but just a tiny bit, I regret nothing. Plenty of customers, but no lines to the register. Thank you to all employees and management.

Honestly I’ve never experienced such horrible customer service. This locations manager RODNEY, was extremely rude and hostile. There is one way to approach customers about a price check but he took it way too far. He was yelling at my sibling and I and had the nerve to insinuate we couldn’t afford a product quote for quote “it’s going to cost a fortune” okay give me the price. He yelled we couldn’t take anything from a case yet there was no employees to assist us. The self checkout woman as well. There is no reason to yell at paying customers with a question. Idk if he was having a midlife crisis but he was also hostile when he worked on West Washington St. Kroger. He needs a demotion or several training sessions.

Store has a new manager, things are changing for the better. The store is much cleaner and the shelves are stocked. I have never had a bad experience with the employees, they have been helpful and friendly. Great job on the turnaround Stephanie !!

Will never go back to this Kroger again. I was in the frozen isle when I heard them announce they were closing & to make ur final selections and proceed to checkout. I have a ruptured disc in my back, and before I got even halfway down the isle this rude woman stops as she is passing by, and says "we are closed, you need to go." I tried to explain that I am injured and moving slowly, but she just stood there staring at me until I got to the end of the isle. I've never been treated so poorly & rudely by anyone in a store in my entire life. And even though I live a block and a half from this store, I will never shop there again. Such an awful experience.

Got some white American cheese from the deli, they didn't put wax paper between the slices and it was a mess. Bought Han salad with was 6.99 for 12oz in a carton in a cooler. Thee one in Edgewood gives you a lb for the same price b and it is stopped behind the counter. I didn't receive my digital coupon discount on my roast , although I had staff rang it up and scanned my card. When I went back the office said the wrong card was scanned, so I had to suggest to scan the right card and refund the difference. The Edgewood store is cleaner... Won't be going back to Southern Plaza...

You’re better off going to the Southport and Bluff store or the Madison and Edgewood store. THIS STORE IS A JOKE. Never have anything always out of stuff the meat case is empty practically at 10am on a Wednesday. This store looked like a Sunday evening before closing it was that bad FILTHY.

Got there with 3 minutes till close and wouldn’t let us get meds for flu. Should list their hours as closed at 9:45 if they are closing at that time. Just cause they say open till 10pm doesn’t meant open till 10pm.
