Can be a little disappointing when it comes to substitutions but always friendly and helpful and love you can pull up and your groceries brought out and loaded for you.

Usually stocks nicely if not you can go back first thing in the morning. Major downside is the bathrooms are stinking and a lot of time out of paper and the women's restroom is almost always flooded at some level

Multiple times I’ve went to this Kroger, put my groceries away, and a couple days late half my produce and meat is spoiled. Stored properly, but everytime I go something spoils. Ridiculous

Pharmacy is great. Except they don't automatically refill or call ur Dr. anymore. Checking out Is a pain if u get alot. 1 cashier then self checkout, BRIDGET thought she was going to yell at me for the dang conveyor belt going backwards mashing my food!! Better back up Bridget!! She's been acting horrible to customers for YEARS. But here she is still employeed. Give Kelley a raise. Nicest guy EVER!!!

Your paying premium for poor food quantity. I bout some organs and black berries from this location and the next day the black berries spoiled and the oranges and Terrible too. I tried to eat my orange and I found it teast and felt like rubber. Every bad look for a company that claims to have fresh ingredients.

FIX YOUR APP!!!!!!!!! And btw, blocking signal to peoples phones is 100% illegal as it doesn't allow them to access emergency services. Fix that before it becomes a giant problem

Wish I could put -5 this has to be the worst Kroger I’ve ever been to avoid at all cost! Managers in there are horrible which trickles down to the employees who are miserable and don’t want to work, everything is not there job or someone else’s problem, the shelves are never stocked, no one is ever in there working and the few people in there have the nastiest attitudes. The lady with glasses working the money counter in particular is rude and nasty I’ve been in there 3 times all 3 times I’ve seen her yelling at people and treating them horribly but I guess there “union” so she’s allowed too? Just crazy. STAY AWAY FROM THIS KROGER!!!

I use vouchers from the trustee's office and they're difficult and challenging and kind of embarrassing to use but every time staff have done a wonderful job and not made me feel uncomfortable. Thank you for that.

If I could I would put 0 starsi would have. I was at self check out and the CSR there named Mercades was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. She yelled at the person with me and said she was stealing but it was an honest mistake. I called the male manager and he said he didn't hear anything so now I will be reporting to corporate and not returning there. They are very unprofessional people.
