The Speedway store is terrible. They have no registers open, only 5 you check it yourself, and no staff. I went at 8 a.m. and the self checkout was backed up by a line of 10 carts. It's ridiculous. I had to wait a long time because they had no registers open for people with a lot to check out.

This location is generally kept well stocked and organized. However, it is poorly staffed during peak shopping times particularly evenings and Saturdays. It is common to have 30+ people waiting to check out and only 1-2 lanes with cashiers and 2 employees manning the self checkout areas.
Store would benefit from having a dedicated self checkout for customers with 15 items or less.

Its price is exaggerated but it is the fault of the people who support this type of theft. I always buy roses but I have never seen this. Don't really support this.

Only issue have I with this location, they don't put customers first, there's always long lines, if you're in a hurry or on break, i wouldn't recommend this location.

I'm almost ashamed to call this "my" Kroger. The store is filthy. It's been closed in the past because of how filthy it is. Always poorly stocked. And now they close at 10:00 p.m. on a Saturday night. What is this 1979? Come on Kroger...

It's usually way too crowded in here and it's almost always a difficult experience in every aspect. Some staff members are nice but a lot are just really mean.

Lines always backed up no one is working at the register to get people out even tho they have 7 available
Restrooms are unsanitary but besides that everything else is decent

They had a mouse problem in the bread isle they had to shut down the whole department to clean it, and that tells you all you really need to know about this Kroger.
the flora department needs to get a person with a better attitude. I don't appreciate the rudeness I experienced over a hanging basket this morning. Every single time I come here, it's painful. Several workers are up front just standing there, not directing the cart traffic that goes down the isles waiting to check out, and they dont call out the numbers for self check out when they are available that would solve alot of their problems, with the self checkout alone.

It would be nice if they would put forth the effort to have actual cashiers. I was in last night and they had 1 cashier and the lines were unacceptable. I will no longer shop this store as it was definitely not the first time this has happened. I walked out last night and left a cart with over 200 in groceries because their customer service is horrible. No worries, I ordered from Meijer today.

I wish there was a zero star… Worse manner ever! They posted they were hiring so I applied and was scheduled for an interview which they told me when I got there, was cancelled because all their positions had been filled. No email no phone calls, and that Lady was so casual that she wasted my damn time. In addition, I wasn’t taken aside to be spoken to, they handled the whole situation right there on the floor with all the customer present. I mean talk about tactless. So humiliating and inconsiderate. If this is how they handle business, no thanks! I’ll pass on ever working there.

On 8/6/24 I placed an order for 3 trays of chicken to be picked up on 8/25/24 at 12m for my fathers 70th birthday party. At 11:13 on 8/25/24 I received a call from Kroger and the person stated "I didn't want you to waist your time and come here we don't have your chicken." I had scramble at the last min to find food to feed the party guests. This is the second Kroger deli that we have pre-ordered food from this year and have not received it. I will not order from the Kroger deli again.

Rude cashiers, horrible clicklist service, you call to get issues worked out they can’t even transfer calls or help you with issues. Pharmacy is great that’s the only reason the received one star

It's always something with this crap store. This time the screen doesn't work right when I'm checking out. Constantly talking calling for help when I didn't need it. Buttons won't work when I touch them so I have to go get someone. You should really fix your junk equipment it's aggravating to stand there pushing the button 10 times and it doesn't work.
