Too many self-check stations. Not enough staffed checkout lanes. Good beer selection. Great produce department. Good prices on essentials like bread, milk, eggs, etc.

Do not shop here! They lie on you and do spiteful things to you if you file a complaint on them for lack of doing their job. Wait for the news coverage coming about the fact they lied on me and refuse to fill my children's prescriptions because I filled a corporate complaint for them not answering their phones for 5 days! Childish, immature and spiteful!

2 people working, sticking produce. How do they stock,sell, not notice that all of the green grapes are brown( not stems,actual grapes)?
This kriger continues to hit new lows.
Do you just sell this because some folks can only access this store(food desert)?
If so,shame on you.

There isn't another grocery store within miles of this one, so it's always busy. They no longer have cashiers running the checkout lines most of the time so expect to do the self-service thing here. They do always have an excellent selection of produce and fresh meats.

I'm not really a fan of this Kroger. It is not as bad as Linwood in terms of messiness, but the problem I have is that things that are on sale are not ringing up that way. It wasn't a digital coupon either. It was straight up on sale. The self check attendant said she couldn't do anything about it, and I didn't want to hold the already extremely long line up. It feels like Meijer is the only half decent store on the east side anymore, and their everyday prices are already so high. I only come to Kroger for the sales and markdowns.

Went through the register to get a propane exchange and the cashier told me that I have to go to customer service because she doesn't have a key. She refused to call somebody. I went to customer service only to be told that, after waiting for 15 minutes in line, they have lost their propane key and can't service me.

I always go to this Kroger because Iits close to home. Some days they're busy then other days it can be you in 9 other people through the whole store lol

Except for the Pharmacy manager, the pharmacy is horrifically unacceptable to the point that my family is moving ALL of our grocery & pharmacy needs to a Kroger 9 miles away!! Our Kroger (J-100) is a mere mile from our house, but our "NEW" choice for shopping will provide a better experience for us!!

Watched a male employee pour his soda on the wall out front by the picnic table ,letting in run down the wall and across the walk . You really need a camera out there. Sabotage is no joke. I don't think I have ever seen so much trash out front. Inside was really nice.

This store is out of what I’m looking for most of the times I’ve came in here it used to be good a few years ago but has gone down and sometimes the lines are so long it takes forever to be checked out
