Store is clean . Prices are a bit high . The meats are ok if you pick out yourself. Don’t insta cart them . Not best place but not worse . It is convenient and close to neighborhood so that is nice.

There are always outdated ads that they forget to pull. It's so bad that we just expect most of the "sales" to not actually ring up when we get to the register.

Just tried to run in for emergency items. 15 minutes before they close the doors were already locked with no one to let anyone in and no one at the registers. This is an ongoing issue for kroger, but you never know when it might happen. If you close at 10:45 or 10:15 or whathaveyou, just post that as your hours!!

They leave cold items just laying out until they get warm! They were not expired. It looks like they started stocking it at some point and then stopped. All of the milk and shredded cheese. was at room temperature. A lot of things were out of stock and Customer Service is terrible!

When is it ok to put locks on carts I paid 100 and some dollars for groceries I just pulled my back due to this over the hump at the side door going out to my car i had my reciept this is ridiculous someone is serriously going to get hurt !!!

I stopped at the East Street location at 9:55 p.m. to grab a gallon of milk before closing. The security guard said the manager decided to close early and wouldn’t let me in.

If you order pick up DO NOT GET ANY COLD ITEMS. Milk coffee creamer spoiled because they left it out too long. Order was ready at 5 am but had pick up at 8am.

I had the most awful experience at this Kroger location. This is a very racist store and I was profiled and made to stay by an employee and she wouldn’t let me leave until she checked my receipt and claimed that if she didn’t she would get fired. Literally blocked me from leaving but everyone else got to leave freely with nothing checked. and when I gave her my receipts they were perfectly fine with the orders. I will not be coming back and I will be letting everyone know not to shop at this location!!

Kroger needs to start telling these cars that park in the pick up lanes to move their vehicles. Announce it over the loud speaker and have them towed if they don't comply.
