Customer Service desk is so slow plan on spending at least 30 minutes per transaction
February 17th, 2025, I ordered curbside pickup. Get home to find my donuts expired November 23 2024 . Now I know I have to check all my expiration dates on all my orders from kroger. I was very disappointed to find something that old was still on their shelves. Buyer beware is all i can suggest .

During my last 2 encounters with this location, some of the staff/managers were unprofessional and rude. They didn’t accommodate my pampers rewards and made my visit with them very unpleasant. Would not recommend !!
Kimbra, Stacy, Brent and another lady were HORRIBLE- thumbs down x 4
O stars (2/17 & 2/18) but other days were better. What a shame

Customer Service/Money services is closed every single time I go in. I only come here to get money orders with my debit card, but I guess I'll just stick with walmart.

A good Kroger store. Good produce, always find what I need. Staff is friendly. Can be a busier location. It's a good grocery store.

The young guy at the register gave me a hard time because I wouldn't help him bag my groceries. He told me to use the self checkout line. He rang some of my items up twice because he was having a personal conversation with another coworker. I am tired of selecting certain items that seem to be on sale only to find out they are .50 cents higher per item. Checkout guy was named Travon

It's 4:30 in the afternoon and the deli person is just standing looking at me then asked did we need anything I say yes and she says wellness closed....I'm lost why are you closed and then why didn't you say this at first....this krogers is trash bag and has always been..I will not be back its every time I come here there is an issue....never again....customer service just sucks here period....

Grocery pick-up takes forever! Cars come and go with their orders while I continue to sit and wait (typically less than 20 items so not even large orders). I could go in and grab the items myself before they bring it out to me. This has happened too many times… go to Meijer pick up instead.
