Employee stood outside yelling they were closed 20 minutes before the close time according to website. When the closing time was pointed out, they loudly exclaimed, “this is a private business and we can decide when to close if we are busy.”

They aren't open in the morning at their posted open time at 6am. I came at 6:30am and they still weren't open on a regular weekday. It's unprofessional and disappointing.

Employees I've dealt with seem to be bothered by me spending money in their store if I need their assistance. If you're closed overnight, how are shelves empty when I go in in the morning? Also, I'm about over self-checkout.

I just checked out at this Kroger and the assistant named Pearl was extremely helpful and even offered tips on how I could save money. She also watched my cart while I ran back and grabbed something she told me about that was on sale . Pearl was very kind and helpful to everyone in the checkout. EXCELLENT Customer service. Thank you

They close the money center at 7:50 when it's supposed to be open til 9. Then lie about it when you try to get money order at 8:15

The young employees at the self checkout have all the energy they need at 6:30 in the morning to go back and forth with one another bantering, complaining, dropping a few choice words, but can’t manage a good morning or a thank you for their customer. I hope my presence did not put too much of a stick in their spokes…truthfully, I usually go to Meijer this time of morning and I think I was remiss to depart from that.

I went into buy vitamins and noticed they have some select vitamins on the shelf that expired in 2022. Yes 2022. Watch your dates 📅 because they obviously aren't. This store is very run down. I also noticed food items on almost every isle that were way past the expiration date. Some of these items are obviously still ok but it's against the law to sell them to the public.
