I'm only going to add that someone is not paying attention to the already negative reviews for this location. For an major corporation I would be concerned with how your customers feel about this store. Good customer service has no prejudice. Your store, your staff should reflect the high standards you advertise for all your stores.

This Kroger doesn't really have a lot in stock and it's in a bad neighborhood but other than that it's ok

Horrible curbside service waited for an hour with a toddler in my car watching cars get filled up with their groceries for an hour I never received my items it’s as if they purposely did not want to do my order will not be returning!!!!

This is a terrible Kroger to shop at and I actually go out of my way to avoid spending my money at this location. The employees are unprofessional and unhelpful. The store is chaotic and disorganized. The fuel station is terrible too, every time I pull up for a fill up there is no one to be found on the inside booth! This place is a joke and I hope one day it can be fixed. Unfortunately this community cannot afford to lose a local grocery.

Every time I go to this place, it doesn’t matter what time of day it is or what day it is, it is like a Mad Max free for all. There will be five ladies standing around, looking at the closed side of the self check out, one lady-very harried, helping the people in the working side of the checkout. (by working side I mean the one that has three of the six machines going). Nobody is helping the free-for-all figure out where the lines are. I would not recommend going to this Kroger. I would recommend driving further and going to any other Kroger, or maybe the Meijer over on 38th St.

This is our first kroger visited when we moved to Indiana 10 years ago.. but unfortunately, they didnt keep up their good work.. place is falling our expectations... items are not organized.. place is so dirty..

I went in for a few quick items used the self check with conveyor belt. The woman (Cathy) who was overlooking the self check came to check my screen. I asked if she needed help for whatever she was looking for and was told “ I saw what I needed to see” a pretty off-putting response. That’s when I realized she thought I was stealing something. As I grabbed my bags I turned and let her know “I have never stolen anything in my entire life” and that’s when Cathy got loud. Began screaming and berating me telling me “you didn’t have to say that. You could have just left “ the whole store was looking at her yelling at me. She kept going and tried to egg on more conflict “you look like you have more to say” she kept repeating. Everyone watching. So embarrassing for some soda and energy drinks. This is my neighbor hood store I go into all the time and I know that woman from many times shopping there. I let a manager know what happened but doubt much will be done - and now Cathy has shown to the employees at the guest service and regular checkout lanes that this is acceptable to yell at customers if nothing is done to her for this behavior. She could have easily descalated the situation from the beginning when I asked if she needed help when she was checking my order over. But she completely ruined my experience shopping and made me out to look a crazy person. I hope someone in upper management sees this behavior, Reviews the tapes - because that’s a heavily monitored section, and releases Cathy of her duties there immediately.

Well, there is bad customer service, there is horrible customer service, and then there is this Kroger whose employees interaction with the customer is plain unacceptable. Beyond rude. Amazing that people would continue to shop here. I'll drive further to avoid this store at all costs. Management should be ashamed, or maybe they don't care. Looks like Walmart just got my business.

Gets really old having Hispanic women and their kids waiting for you in the parking lot begging for your food. Mgt should do something about this. It's not worth going to this store knowing they are out there waiting for you.

I ordered baby breaths and ferns for my sister's wedding. I got a call that they could order 3 boxes of baby breath and 1 box of ferns. But when it was time to pick up the flowers, they said they didn't receive them and forgot to call me. Really? It is a wedding! I ended up driving to every places that I could think of to buy flowers.

Was just treated so RUDELY. I did self checkout and cash back. The machine froze after it processed before giving cash or receipt. 2 employees- both left me standing there for a looong time and both informed me that I froze their machine. After a loooong wait-hands me the cash. I asked about a receipt and again told “you froze our machine “. I asked why she was being rude as I already apologized even though it wasn’t my fault. Denies being rude and states it again! I will NEVER return to this store.
