I'd just came to get everything done as a walk in, nasty attitude from dude. They only do appointments, he said it very nasty. They need to update Google to say only appointments. So don't waste your time coming here. I had lots of money to spend, so their loss.

LT nails is the best place around for a pedicure. Lucy always does an amazing job on my feet. They are a wonderful couple. I would definitely recommend them. The only downside it's appointment only. If you plan ahead like I don't. No big deal

I highly recommend this nail salon not only just for nails but for other services to like waxing eyebrows eyelashes. The first time was a couple months ago I went into getting my eyebrows done Yolanda is the lady technician who did my eyebrows and I talked with her in about looking into doing eyelashes she let me know I made an appointment with her I got the cat style look and I really fell in love with my look thank you again Yolanda for a great job.

I set in the chair getting my toes done for three damn hours. I asked for cat eye nail polish. They messed up the first polish. They had to redo them again, and still didn't know what they was doing. All they had to do was say, they are not good a cat eye polish. The old lady tech became frustrated, When I had concerns of correcting them. But I'm paying for services, that should have been provided correctly. If you can't, then no problem, Say that. Lole anyone else I can take my service else where. It's as simple as that. And if you are of color, and show any frustration/disappointment They get offended. Never will they get my services again. Then they have a women of color unprofessional as hell. I had to book another appointment with Nail bar in fishers. Thats where I usually go and never will go out nail bar again.

I went in at 5 pm and asked if they had availability to do a pedicure and fill in. As I write this it's 5:59 pm, they are not supposed to close til 7 pm (see card), during the pedicure I asked if I could change my color as the color didn't look good on me as it did on the fake nails where you choose your color. I wanted to do a darker red. Lucy said no it will take too long and you don't have an appointment. ??? There's no appointment only sign and I asked if they could take me and they made me a pedi bowl, am I missing something? There was another customer who was a regular and their neighbor apparently that came in at 5:30 pm and she was treated totally different from me. I remained calm because I didn't want Lucy to have an excuse to further treat me poorly. I asked her if she would change my color and she said no again, and at that time I explained I would pay for my service thus far go somewhere else, and asked if I could have the owners information. She gave me the card and not the owners info. I stated I should not be charged full price since my toes are half done (she wasn't even finished when I asked for a polish switch- which is ironically a service they provide, go figure). She said I will charge you $30, the full price would have been $45, I said okay. As she realized her conscience was getting louder she decided not to charge and just told "just go somewhere else we don't want you here. I don't mind." That's when it was clear to me, that "you" meant the difference between me and the woman that came in at 5:30, 30 minutes after me, was me being a black woman. No matter how educated, employed, or civil...if you go here you're still a person of color and that's not their desired demographic. That's my experience.

Owned and operated by an older Vietnamese couple who've obviously been doing this a long time. I was able to walk in for a super-fast, efficient pedicure for $30. A regular was in there at the same time, chatting with the husband, while he worked on her hands and feet; he sounded interesting and interested in the world. The wife had my feet smoothed and trimmed and filed (I didn't want polish) and on my way in fifteen minutes. The pedicure tubs had massaging seats, which were nice.
