  Very slow !! Been sitting here for 30 minutes and I was the first one here when they opened.

  I have had two appointments scheduled and they have cancelled both of them!!!! I am waiting another week for an appointment! I woulld go somewhere else but I am suppose to you this provider

  Their kiosk is not working so entered everything manually. After waiting 15min was called back they said; they didn't have my insurance to email it to them and wait 15mins. Waited 15 minutes was told still no email that is takes along time for it to go through. Then was told I could go make a copy of it if I want and come back. 🙄😲🤬
  
  After an hour there a Coordinator shows up at the desk, (Kelly B) she was very helpful and got things done.
  
  Now, the gentleman tried to say, to tell Kelly he thought it was my labs I didn't have; per Kelly. That story doesn't make sense. Hopefully, the two phlebotomist working today will be trained better.

  While the hours are posted online, and on Google Maps, they don't post that drug screens are completed only until thirty minutes before closing. 🙄
  
  I returned the next day. I am really disappointed at having to scan my license in order to register myself for my exam.
  
  Also, the tech was extremely rude.
  
  I will not return to this location.

  While in the lobby having a discussion, Medina (Nadine?) calls a patients name, then looks at us and says it's not your appointment time.
  Our discussion was not related to an appointment time. Nor had we previously said anything about waiting. The wait wasn't long at all. She was rude and very unprofessional. Dropped a specimen and used an item lying on an envelope to redo the specimen. Just wow!!

  Hostile 5stars , rudeness 5stars ,speaking to you on high and wrong tone 5stars, lack of compassion 5stars.i had to exercise self control cause i know my anger can be bad! If i had reacted to her tone the police would habe been called today at this location and truly it would habe been shut down for the day! Rude and nastiest attitude lady at this location, the short older black lady! I visited this lab today, when I said it reeked ! It reeked of no compassion,bad attitude and for lack of a better word the phlembotomist looked miserable ! The short black lady speaks to you first like you are her student or maybe her slave ,when I arrived I asked for the bathroom and she seemed pissed like my 1minute in the bathroom would be too long, she had an apprentice with her that looked oppressed! I wasn't going to let a rude person like this stick a needle in my hands and I left after she raised her vioce at me asking me numerous times if I added my insurance card after I let it be known it never asked for that at check in, I left and used the excuse of not wanting to pay $44, I feel sorry for this ladies children, family, friends if she has any i know for a fact she definitely is not married tahts for sure no human should be subjected to this sort of behaviour daily, i feel sorry for the people she works with other employees look bullied ! This was a disgusting place to visit! She needs to go work in the prison where there are criminals at least they know they are being punished for something! Customer service here is 0/100! Disgusting ! It took my cousin only 3months to be a phlembotomist, you walk like you are the vampire in charge like i had arrived at the mercy of her feet! The way she spoke to me was so rude !I didn't want to insult or argue with her in anyway as I had to get back to work in a good mood asap, why do a job you hate so much! I wasn't sure if she was going to purposely prick me wrong that's how unsure I was of the service cause of the terrible attitude!I forsee a huge lawsuit coming to this location at some point if labcorp don't do some firing and re-hiring ! Whole team is a mess,this is not the industry where you act like a low class ghetto angry ugly tout and a thug in uniform! This is the industry of hospitality, care and compassion! For the respect I have for the establishment I wish you would talk to me outside like you spoke to me today and it would be a different result it's a promise!

  I was worried about the reviews, but I will say I had a great experience. I checked in from the car, it texted me to go in, I sat down for 2.5 seconds and was brought back by Cindy. She asked me if I was okay with a phlebotomist in training to take my blood and I reluctantly said yes (past trauma lol). The wonderful young lady came in very professionally and took my blood. She was careful, gentle, and very sweet. They took my blood and had me out of there in a matter of maybe 10 minutes? Overall, great experience and would go back if Cindy and the other young lady were taking care of me. Side note: i noticed they posted the hours (including lunch) on the door when you walk in. They are listening and paying attention to the comments on here, so that is great.

  WORST LAB IN INDIANA.
  I visited labs corp for 3 tests. TB, RPR, GC Culture. They charged me $319 for all the three tests. Ones i went inside to give the sample the lady said they don’t do one of those three tests. Fine, They did TB and RPR. When i asked them which was the one they didn’t do the lady said RPR which they actually did but since she said i went to some other lab and paid again to get RPR. When all the results came to my doctor, He said he still needs GC culture. So i was confused i went back again in the lab and showed them the receipt. The same lady who told RPR to me started giving bad attitude. I have her video also. When i asked for refund for GC Culture she said i will receive that in 7-14 days which i never received and it wasted my 2 weeks just to get that test done and have it send to my doctor.
  Never going back nor letting any of my knowns go there. Stupid and arrogant workers. Shame on you.

  Unfortunately I understand why they have 2.5 stars. They close at noon for lunch and don't inform you until you get there and a staff member is locking the door. I went back at 1pm, checked in...20 minutes go by and others are checking in. No one says hello, no one informs us of a wait time or anything. I finally knocked on the window and a staff member comes by. I asked about how long the wait will be. She said the computers are down so she doesn't know. I replied that something like that should be communicated. She hustled around to see how she could get us called to the back. I hate that this is what customer service has come to - no sense of urgency, no communication, and such a lackadaisical attitude. Places like this have a tendency to treat people who come in as if they don't matter, as if we have no lives and nothing to do with our time. Not all of us are drug addicts who live worthless lives. We're people and we matter just like you do. Do better.

  Recently came in for a non-DOT UDT and the process was simple and quick. Arrived right after lunch hours (~1pm), had 4 people in front of me, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

  Katt A was a phenomenal nurse for when I was getting my blood drawn. She gave me a very encouraging speech before she did it and when i passed out she did her best to make sure i was taken care of. She drew the blood very quickly and it wasn’t too bad. good place overall!

  Call six times and never returned the call. Left a message. Emailed them SMS text them and never got a call back and I’m trying to find out about scheduling lab work that I need done horrible horrible customer service even when I called another office they wouldn’t help me get a number to be able to find someone to talk to about my labs, horrible

  I came here for an employment drug screen and every sign says they stop drug testing at 4:30. I came in at 4:22 and was told they stop testing at 4:20. All of these signs need to be corrected! Ridiculous I do not recommend. Also the lady at the front desk was rude
