Coming from a family that owns a florist, this was definitely not worth the $80 I spent ($97 with delivery 1 block away and tax). It did brighten up my wife’s day which was the goal but her exact words were “ I hope you didn’t spend a lot of money because the pedals are already starting to fall off the Chrysanthemums.” I will definitely not be using them again.

I had ordered an arrangement for a funeral that I specifically wanted in yellow flowers. I had asked for carnations, daisies, maybe roses. What showed up was 5 sunflowers. I was so disappointed! I spent a fair amount on the flowers and didn't get what I asked for. And I thought the delivery fee was high for the distance they needed to go.

Had an unexpected death, on a holiday weekend, and this place Worked with us on a holiday, got the flower's on time. With less then 24 hour notice.Great place!

Says "Full Service" floral and when I called & wanted to purchase a corsage for my nephew,'s prom date, they said I needed to buy 5 or more? Not sure who needs that many wrist corsages for prom...but...So needless to say THEY ARE NOT FULL SERVICE and they cut me short and said "okay? Have a good day" and hung up... weird?

Ordered flowers Friday, April 14 for my girlfriend that was donating a kidney to save somebody’s life. This company took my order, took my money and never delivered the flowers.

If I could leave a zero review I would. Took a phone order as soon as he opened Tuesday. Flowers we’re never delivered. Never bothered to call to say he could t deliver them. Monitored the caller ID dodging my calls for a full day and a half knowing that he wasn’t going to answer my out of town area code. Had my girlfriend call and he picked up in the first ring offering a refund. Said “have your boyfriend call me”. I called back 5 mins later and he acted as if he had no idea who I was the. Said he was too busy to get the order done.VERY shady business that won’t EVER see my money

Bouquet arrived at the hospital just after my colleague's husband arrived in the recovery room. Ordering was quick and easy, the selection of arrangements on offer was good, and the flowers turned out absolutely gorgeous. Apparently they received many positive comments from the staff. Lady J's was great, I'd happily order from them again!

Someone sent my husband a gorgeous arrangement from Lady J's on the day of his surgery and it looked just as good when he left the hospital five days later. Everyone who came in the room commented on how pretty the flowers were + several people complimented them as I carried them out on our way home. Pulled out the lilies after a week and kept the rest on display for many more days.

I ordered flowers online from their website, that stated I had an hour left for same day delivery. 2 hours later I called to ask if they'd be going out loose or in a vase, which they told me they couldn't deliver my order despite what their website stated. After discussing multiple options, and them realizing the delivery location would be open late, they said they would deliver the order after all. 2 hours after that, I got an email that they were canceling my order. At this point, MUCH too late to call another store.I'll never waste my time or energy with this business again.

BUYER BEWARE. If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm not one to post negative reviews, but this was an unacceptable experience. My husband bought me a Valentine's bouquet and it was a huge disappointment for the money that was paid. Not only was the arrangement a disaster and looked like it was thrown together, every rose that was in it was brown, almost fully bloomed, and wilted. Most of the greenery had these brown bumps on them that looked like bug eggs, but not sure what they are. If you are paying 150+ for an arrangement, the flowers should be fresh. We would have gotten better quality going to a retail store and pay 15 dollars versus a florist. Needless to say, if I owned a store and this came from my business I would be ashamed. A business should take pride for what comes out of their door, and if they were prideful in this bouquet then I think an adjustment of standards is needed. I will be sure to spread the word as well to avoid this place so peoples money won't be wasted. Lesson learned.

I live on the East Coast, have family in Indianapolis, and rely on Lady J's as my go-to florist in the city. They have never let me down--and I couldn't be happier with their ease of ordering, service, and quality.
