Dr. Greg and the staff was beyond extraordinary! My babygirl had a broken femur bone and they helped us beyond measures! The pricing was great compared to other vets. This hospital made you feel like they truly actually care about each fur baby they see as if it were their own not rushed and very patient. Our family is so grateful we now have found a long time Dr for.our fur babies! Thankyou again! ??

Took care of my cat promptly when sick, has walk-in hours available to the general public without needing to go to the emergency vet. Fair prices willing to take care of the community and those who love their pets as well. Amazing staff and doctor. So thankful for this place!

I do not understand the freaking positive comments for this clinic! We made an appointment a month ago, went in today, Dr. Keeker (who never introduced himself and was so late) he asked me if the small dog was friendly and I said she nibbles. I said, yes because she was a little nervous. Dr. Keeker seemed bothered that we were there with our dog. We waited an hour to be seen and he didn’t examine her any further. He was super condescending. Then, he asked us, “If she’s not vomiting, scratching, or has fleas, why are you here?” So then he gave us a sedative and asked us to come back. BUT CHARGED US $85! C’mon, this is a scam. We will never be back again.

Such a great experience. I could tell that my Luna was well taken care of. She had surgery on her femur. From the price to the thoroughness of the vet I left happy. Luna is doing great 4 days after surgery. Im so thankful. I Highly recommend this vet hospital.

I had gotten the recommendation from Reddit. We called because our dog had swallowed and object and needed emergency surgery. They got us in for his life-saving surgery, and it was affordable! Hands down, best vet I’ve been to in a long time. Thank you for saving our buddy, Dr. Keeker!

Dr Keeker and his staff are all amazing and on point. we have a colony cat named Yadda with Stomatitis a serious disease that without treatment can be fatal we have done this for one entire year we have had oral surgery checking teeth to ensure quality and at this time everything is perfect a year now we're struggling just a very little bit of keeping the cat out of pain when he does have an episode where it's very difficult for him to eat or drink anything he is on a liquid diet he will not drink water or eat any food unless it is blended and all together and lukewarm we took him today a year later he has gained half a pound in a year so he has kept his weight he is in current episode mode where he is in pain and struggling just a little bit but the doctor and the nurses quickly gave our cat relief with pain medication also more treatment related medications he's been treating and caring for our colony through Indy neighborhood Cats who has helped sponsor the medical costs which can lead to be very expensive at times when it was time to say goodbye to a different pet named Wadu Mow the care the love the support asking if they wanted us to have the baby cleaned after just the overall experience was amazing and very heartfelt truly just even though the animal is gone carrying it holding it wrapping it everything they had to do for it to cross the rainbow bridge they did spay neuters in the rescues promptly you need the doctor he's there you don't have to search and hunt and worry throughout he'll see him that day if at all possible he is great with the dogs he really examines with his hands not just with tools and all these other devices it's very old fashioned Hands-On hey let's really look is this joint out of whack or you know anything like that he is very Hands-On and of course yes they can do X-rays and everything else but he really gives thorough exams before he makes any decision the staff you call in desperation or worry about your animal or even just for a checkup a health check up and you can hear it in their voice they care it's not about money it's about the animal and that's what I love to pay all the money in the world to have somebody care for my animal as I do and he does thank you Dr Keeker and staff I don't know if you'll even see this post but you mean the world to me and my husband and our colony and my other pets my dogs

If I could give this place zero stars I would.I went into this vet ahead of making any appointments to personally speak to the lady at the front desk. Initially, this lady was a little rough but after awhile she was really nice. I understand you can have good days and bad days.I gave her my cat's vaccination paperwork for all my cats. During this time, she copied my cats vaccination records as I would expect any vet to do. At no time did this lady said I needed "to complete their paperwork." Never did she say that they didn't accept paperwork from prospective clients. Then I went to my cats appt. First you do take your animal into the vet. There aren't any COVID protocols. I went in at just about 2:08 pm on a Thursday. I think this is a busy time for them. I sat down. There were two people there with dogs. Those people were equally unfriendly. The lady behind the counter told me I wasn't in the system. She wanted me to fill out paperwork on my pets. I told her I provided this info to the other lady. She said she would put me in an exam room with the other lady and I could talk to her (so now the staff doesn't talk to each other?).I was very confused as to why I was responsible for handling a staff issue and apparently a "paper" issue. The lady at the desk kept telling me that they don't accept "paper." I have never been to a vet where they didn't want your animals' history. However, she wanted me to fill out a piece of paper explaining exactly what I gave them via past vaccination records. So, in fact they did accept paper. Their paper was different then the vaccination record. They assumed whomever was completing their paper was being truthful. The lady kept looking at me like "what do you want me to do about it?" I don't know, I thought: Do your job? She asked if I wanted to change my appointment. I told her I did not.I'm 100% disabled. I'm a veteran. My body is screwed up. I couldn't walk that morning or the day before. But I muscled up the strength to carry cat carriers into the clinic. When I go to Cat Care Clinic, they come to the vehicle and get the cat carriers. Even before Covid, they helped me carry in the carriers because they knew of my disabilities or they were just being nice.I don't know why this lady wanted me to change my appointment. I felt her question was very passive aggressive. She said they "were busy" and therefore that was the reason they could not find my paperwork. I didn't feel that was an excuse. Would she accept me being late to my appointment because I was "busy?" Probably not.I don't know if I was the wrong ethnicity. Maybe she didn't like me because I was old and overweight. Maybe she didn't like cats. Maybe she thought I could not pay because I looked poor. Regardless, I don't think she wanted me there and seemed to try everything to get me to change my appointment. She kept bringing up the paper issue. I said, "I don't understand what you want me to do."I didn't understand. They apparently don't take vaccination records. But got frustrated with me because the staff accepted the vaccination records.I finally left the vet office in tears. I've never had such issues trying to get an appointment for my cats.Cat Care Clinic is far more professional and quiet.City Way Animal Clinic is equally professional and quiet (even though they see both cats and dogs). If you need a cheap place to get vaccinations for your animals, go to Brownsburg low cost spay/neuter.
