Been a LOYAL customer for 4-5 yrs. No issues. Was communicating with Kenneth B to move service and still no issues. When asked about the amount due, i was told a payment had already been taken out of my account and just the difference between what was taken and what was due was owed. The problem is, the payment was taken WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR PERMISSION!! I brought it to his attention and now they won't provide me with service as if I did something wrong!! When I called (3 times!)to find out what was going on, the representative keeps hanging up on me!! Very unprofessional and unfair!

Reliable service from a local company offering the same access of one of the major carriers. Good pricing for stand-alone internet without bundling of multiple services to get the best deal.

I used LifeGrid for 10+ years in Indianapolis and they provided great service to me. The customer service was quick whenever I had questions.I also really liked the fact that there were no long-term contracts. I had to take a 9-month assignment outside of the USA and LifeGrid worked with me to disconnect my service for this duration and reconnect when I returned.LifeGrid delivers a consistent and reliable service with the hassle of long-term contracts or hidden fees. I highly recommend them.

We just moved here from out of state and needed internet to be installed that was reliable and fast. We haven’t even had our internet installed yet and all I can say is that this company has poor communication and will give you false promises. We would have thought that urgent internet access would be important to them as I am a college student and work from home but we’ve been proven wrong. I’d give this company zero stars if I could. Under no circumstances should you be giving customers false promises - essentially lying to them just because the company can’t get their act together.

Horrible customer service and refusal to refund deposit. I spoke to Kenneth Blansette on a scheduled date to set up service. I explained the day was important as I work from home. Scott guaranteed a date but could not confirm a time so I requested 8 hours of leave from work. As it was later in the day and I have not heard anything I e mailed Kenneth to ask when they would be at my residence. Kenneth replied sorry we are having issues they can’t come out today. I took 8 hours of leave which equates to 217.00 and no service. I cancelled the service and now they are refusing to give me deposit back when THEY are the one who did not follow through with their service. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Horrible customer service I do not recommend. I worked with Kenneth Blansette. I explained to him WEEKS in advance I was moving into Indianapolis and I needed service set on a certain date due to me working from home. Kenneth confirmed date and stated he would not confirm a time. I requested 8 hours of leave from work. As time went on I did not hear anything from lifegrid on a time so I reached out to Kenneth when he said oh sorry we’re having issues we can’t come today. So I cancelled service. He is now refusing my deposit stating it was part of my contract. You promised me a service date and did not follow through. I just e mailed Kenneth and he stated no refund. This is unacceptable.

We switched to Lifegrid for our home business internet a few years ago. The pricing is great, they don't try to sell you things you don't need, and they have excellent customer service. It is a relief not to have to deal with the call centers and wait times and constant price negotiations of other internet providers. We can easily recommend Lifegrid for home and home business internet.
