My father rents an oxygen concentrator, it runs 24-7, when I realized it hadn't been serviced in 2 years I called for service (I know it has a filter that needs replaced at some point) I couldn't be there when so the tech was there so I call to make sure it got serviced was told the only info they get is the the tech was there so basically the tech could say they were there and not show up! It's the same machine making the same noise this is a bad way to do business

Lincare moved out of Anderson with no notice. I have to drive over an hour to get assistance. They were nice but Lincare is awful for service.

I have been with Lincare sense 2004 and they have a drive bythe name of Byron that comes out and gets the job done he is so nice and caring for his clients he truly care since the pandemic he never fail he make up for the bad customer service over the last week I have been told that ppl was going to come but without fail he came today and definitely made up for the lies they told me over the phone. Thank you Byron for being caring over the years

Very worse company ever! I have been dealing with issues for over 2 years. Phones are never answered, always placed on long holds, disconnections, promises to return our calls only to never hear back. On behalf of my mother, I have called numerous times with numerous issues, the main issue being the delivery of her oxygen. Delivery is very unreliable. It started with us calling to order each week, but delivery was at different times on different days, making my mother sit in her apartment waiting instead of socializing with her friends - only to discover more often than not, the delivery never came. Then we set up a set rotation to her canisters to be delivered on Friday every other week, Worked for a couple of deliveries, now we are back to deliveries not showing up. (How can you simply not deliver life saving supplies?)Four (4!) months ago, her doctor competed and filed paperwork to get her a portable oxygen concentrator. I called about every other week, mostly the phone went to voicemails and no one ever returned my call. Last week I filed a claim with Lincare's "We are" program. At that time they said the order was held up for 2 reasons - a balance due on her account and the paperwork had expired! They stared a case file and transferred me to billing to settle the past due, only to find out she actually had a credit on her account!! That day, my mother's doctor sent Lincare a new prescription. I have since called this Lincare center 3 times to follow up. Each time I have spoken to someone who cannot tell me why there is still a delay and each time they promise to call me the next day. I have never been contacted.IF there was anywhere else I could order these oxygen supplies, believe me I would change companies in a heartbeat, but apparently they are the only game in town. It is sad and scary that a medical supply company could run like this. They show no care, no concern and obviously have no regard for the patients they serve.

I ordered my Mother some tubing for her oxygen machine. I called numerous times. They told me they would deliver the supplies. They never came!! It was on a Friday, I called back and they said mam you will get the supplies well I waited and waited they never showed up, they finally came Monday. I didn’t even know they had delivered the supplies they left the package outside my Mothers door! They never knocked or anything. I even called back and said hey it’s getting late I know you guys close soon. I can come pick up the supplies. She said oh we don’t allow anyone to pick up supplies. I said ok I understand. She assured me the supplies would be delivered. My mother didn’t have oxygen tubing for two days I even called the er to see if they could help because wal mart or Walgreens didn’t carry the tubing she needed. I was livid! Not only was it a scary situation, it’s just the way they conducted themselves, they just flat out lied. It was reckless and unprofessional I said now what if it was a parent of these individuals how would they feel. Now I only contact the GREENWOOD LOCATION. They are professional and trustworthy.

Called for twenty minutes sent to the call center over and over no one at this location ever picked up and they never called me back. I'd still give them zero stars if I could.Update: after waiting for resupplies for 3 months, no one ever calls you when there is an issue resuppling you. I spent the next 3 months trying to call and get information on why I hadn't received any. Again I was never called back when promised except once. I was told I would receive a 3 month supply. When it arrived it only had one month and the wrong sizes. Now I'm back again in person. Every time I need supplies I'm back here waiting my time and fuel to get them. I would still give them 0 stars.

Went in for a refit on Cpap mask that had been discontinued by Lincare. I selected a new mask and was told that I had 30 days to try out the mask and if I did not like it I could return it for a new mask and no mention by Lincare of and charges was ever mentioned. Called next day requested new mask and they told new I would have to "PAY FOR A REFIT ON A NEW MASK" this to me is misrepresentation by a corporation.

While my oxygen supplies are great! They have never cared enough about my Phillips BIPAP Auto SV being replaced being there was/is a full on recall for its dangers. It has been 2 1/2 years. Never did anything about it. All the other companies I've talked to have said that this is there issue and Lincare will not call me back!!!

I would like to give my experience with this company a zero. The people are rude over the phone. I went inside this store for and was ignored for 10 minutes while the “secretary” person upfront was chatting about stuff going on in her personal life to a family member. Everybody had Apple AirPods in the entire time I was there. They’re unprofessional and everything you can think of when it comes to a bad healthcare experience is what this company aims to do. Being a monopoly in the region is the only reason this company exists. Customer service is something they have no interest in providing.Moreover, I had to wait nearly 5 months to get my cpap machine. I called multiple times and to no avail until it was finally ready by the 5th month.

We were visiting from out of town and they swapped my mother's empty portable for us! They were very helpful and kind!
