I stopped into the L’Occitane store at Keystone Crossing while traveling from Fort Wayne to the airport, and I can’t say enough good things about this location. Rodney helped me during my most recent visit, and he was outstanding. I came in looking for a serum that a wonderful young female associate had let me sample a few weeks prior (I wish I remembered her name!), and Rodney not only confirmed which product I wanted but also let me know that the Black Friday sale would begin soon so I could save 20%. Instead of pushing an immediate sale, he even gave me several serum samples to hold me over until the promotion started and shared how I could order online with free shipping. His honesty, generosity, and genuine customer care truly stood out. Both Rodney and the associate from my previous visit were exceptional, and because of them I’m not only loyal to the brand but to this specific store. I’ll happily stop in every time I travel through Indianapolis. Highly recommend!!

Taytum, Rodney, and William at this location are amazing! Super helpful. I was looking for gifts and they gave me plenty of recommendations. I was in and out and done with my Christmas shopping pretty quickly due to their assistance. They even took the price labels off of all of my purchases! That is one less thing to have to worry about 😊Highly recommend this L’occitane location. I will be back soon ❤️

This store is simply wonderful! I do not enjoy shopping alone and can get anxious asking for help. But when I step foot in this l'Occitane, I am always met with the kindest staff and gentle help. It's a breath of fresh air. They are knowledgeable, warm, and brought me a lot of cheer in the stress of holiday shopping today. Special thanks to the sweet gentleman working on December 8th around 3:00pm. I didn't catch his name, but he was beyond helpful and took the time to wrap a gift I purchased too–– even when the store was packed with customers! Cannot wait for our next visit here. :)

I walked into the store at the Keystone at the Crossing and was met by Tatum. WOW! What amazing service. He knows the product line and gave me top notch service. I am looking forward to trying some of these samples. I am heading to France and will be in the the Aux de Provence region in 3 weeks. I am excited to start trying these samples Tatum gave to me and hopefully I fall in love with it so I can be a regular over at the store in Keystone at the Crossing and chat with Tatum. Thank you for the excellent service Tatum. It's obvious you Love your job! I appreciate you coming around the counter to intentionally shake my hand and wish me great success with my new skin care line. You are The Best!!!!!

The attendants at the store are super nice and very attentive to each person. My wife and I enjoy the brand and are willing to spend a little more for their high quality products. We also really enjoy their sustainability practices of buying refills. Overall, a bit more expensive product, but well worth the cost!
