I bought a Newport mattress with a power base a year ago. It was a lot softer in the showroom. Even my husband couldn’t believe the difference. After a year, it’s still not broken in. It is so hard that it hurts my shoulders and back. We bought a hybrid mattress here a couple years ago and it broke in much better. I’m just sharing my experience.

I first purchased from here 7 years ago. The mattress is still in great shape. Recently, I purchased from here again. They were more than accommodating when I needed to make a change to my order. Korey and the entire staff are great to work with. Highly recommended.

Never felt rushed. Bought a mattress on a Saturday. Felt like we didn't get a good deal. Asked around a bit more and were recommended Longs. We went in a found a better deal for what we wanted. Canceled the first mattress purchase.

Both gentleman that showed up to deliver my mattress and power base were very professional and easy-going. You could tell that even though their job was tough, they took it in stride. I’m very happy with Long’s overall from my sales person Kory to the delivery guys that just finished setting up my bed. For those of you that may be considering the purchase of a Bowles mattress, please be sure to tip your delivery people. Can’t wait until tonight, when I get to take it for a test drive!Bill C.

I saw the TV ads for Long's mattresses and desparately needed a new mattress, so I went to the Castleton store and was waited on right away. Richie asked a lot of good questions and then showed me several mattresses he thought would fill my needs and be within my budget. They seemed very comfortable and I made my decision and we set a delivery date. The guys that delivered the mattress were very polite and had my new mattress in place and my old one taken away in minutes. The whole processes was flawless! I waited a couple of weeks so I could have time to enjoy my new mattress and decide if it was the right decision. I have had problems with hip and back pain with my old mattress, and I'm thrilled to say I barely notice any since replacing my mattress. I am very pleased with my purchase and would recommend Long's to everyone!

Long’s Mattress called me at 8 AM to tell me they would deliver between 10 and Noon. They showed up at 9:45, the crew took the old mattress and box spring and brought in the new mattress and box spring in without scratching or breaking anything. They gave me the warranty and instructions on setting up the mattress cover. Buy a mattress from Long’s with confidence! Great folks to do business with. The sales experience was great and our salesman didn’t try to oversell us on something we didn’t need.

Purchasing our mattresses, bed frames and headboards was a hassle free and fun experience. The wrong color headboard was delivered but the mistake was corrected immediately.
