Went into this location 3/6/24 around 1 to purchase a bag for our new house. Walked in and one of the sales reps wouldn't stop hovering. We were glad to have a rundown of products, but when it came time for my fiance and I to talk about options with eachother, the rep stared down at us and didn't give us space. It was an awkward situation because we wanted to discuss what size to purchase along with possibly a couch build. We decided to leave and ordered online. I could tell the rep was annoyed, maybe because people come in and don't buy, but that shouldn't matter either on how possible buyers, even in the future, should be treated. I'm sure other reps are lovely at this location, the sacs are so comfy!

I went to the store ready to buy. I had read good reviews online but I had a few questions and wanted to test the cushions before buying. There were 4 employees when I got there and all were occupied so I sat and patiently waited. I was greeted when I entered, I guess. As I sat and waited other customers also entered. At least three different sets of customers that arrived after I did were assisted and I was repeatedly passed over. The first I kind of let go as maybe they lost track. But at some point it was obvious I was being ignored. I left and they lost a purchase today.

EXTREAMLY helpful. We bought a size that was not on the display floor thinking it would be large enough. After it was delivered it really was smaller than we wanted. I made one call and was treated very well and an exchange was set up immediately. Currently waiting for the "shrink kit" so we can return the 1st. Confident it will continue to go smoothly.

Joey at the Fashion Mall was so helpful for us, and helped me talk my husband into all the upgrades! He didn’t make us feeling rushed out and was happy to sit and chat with us about all the options. He was very knowledgeable about everything and answered every single question we had for him! Can’t wait to purchase our new couch!!

Great experience in store. Horrible shipping experience. Asked if we could hold it to deliver on a certain date. Told me to call FedEx and it’s easy to do. Not so much. They said no and it’s being delivered on a day that we can’t accommodate.

Owen was amazing!! We came in on a busy day after Christmas like a whirlwind! He let us build our set for our living room, we asked a bunch of rapid fire questions about Lovesac. Loved the couch! Purchased that day and 3 days later it was all delivered! Can’t beat it!! Sooo impressed

I LOVE my LoveSac. I love that I can pick the materials, I cam rearrange it when I get bored with my living room and I LOVE how durable it is. It's the real deal! You want to know the best part? It's their customer service! It is STELLAR. Not only did I not have to worry about shipping (it's included and comes via FedEx), but when I configured my couch, my husband and I decided we preferred the deep seats instead of the short seats (that we thought we preferred in the store). No problem, the let me send back the short seat back cushions (at their expense AND they arranged for the pickup. I didn't even have to drop them off anywhere!). There were no questions asked, and no hassle. What a breath of fresh air! They could truly teach Ashley Furniture a few things! (whatever you do don't shop at Ashley Furniture).... I LOVE MY LOVESAC!

The staff at Lovesac were professional, very knowledgeable of their product and great to work with. I only give them four stars because when asked to delay the delivery, they told me that could be done once FedEx, their shipper, notifies me of the order and then it is as simple as requesting a vacation hold for up to 14 days. What they failed to tell me was there is a process to establish a FedEx Delivery Manager account on-line, yet it takes several days for you to receive a code through the mail - what?! This process is not efficient and my shipment is already in process to deliver so I spent hours trying to speak with a FedEx representative (a human) to hold it for a week until after my construction crew were done with the work.. I don’t blame Lovesac for FedEx’s process required to put a shipment on hold nor for their poor customer support process that makes it difficult to get past the virtual assistant, but I wish they would be knowledgeable on their shipper’s process so I could have proactively set up the account and not go through the frustration, stress and angst in trying to put a minimal hold on delivery. At this point I’m not sure if it will arrive prior to the construction starts or after as requested … fingers crossed as I have no room to store it.

Working with Jackie Ryan was a fantastic experience! She is very knowledgeable of all the Lovesac products and helped me to determine what best fit my lifestyle. She identified things I hadn’t considered when I was making my decision. She is a true professional and it was refreshing to have worked with someone who genuinely knew the products and demonstrated pride not only for the Lovesac brand but in herself and her role.
