I've found my new mechanic!! The shop is unassuming but the work and customer service is top notch. I have my car regularly serviced by the dealerlship for general maintenance. This last time they recommended brake pads and possibly rotor resurfacing all around. I was quoted an estimate of $650 +. Even I know that's ridiculously high. The following week I came across a Groupon from Low Dough Auto for brake pad replacement. I purchased 2 to cover the front and rear at a cost over half less than the dealership's quote and it included labor! Eric is very personable and transparent. He was able to get me scheduled within days. When he called to let me know my car was ready I was informed that he'd done the brake work all at once (no rotor service needed) so I didn't have to schedule a second appt. I highly recommend this business and I'm telling everybody:)

I was recommended here by my sister, best work I’ve had done on my car! Job was completed quickly and never once felt like I was taken advantage of like other places I’ve been to. Eric talked me through everything he did on my car and gave me a great deal! I will be recommending everyone this shop!

Recommended by a local parts store. Was willing to install new-in-box, customer-provided parts. Prompt in communication. Pricing was reasonable, and the manager was very respectful of my budget and priorities. He was knowledgeable and straightforward in explaining the condition of the car and the work needed. Recommending to family and friends for a low-stress car repair experience and look forward to going there again.

Was traveling cross country and towed to a dealership per my roadside assistance membership. They wanted to charge me at a minimum 3,000 to get me back on the road.
Found these guys online and they were able to get me in and solve my problem at a fraction of the cost . Saved me money and the day .

I've taken multiple cars here for work and been very pleased. They're honest and even recommend not doing work when they don't think it is worthwhile. They've earned my business, for sure.
