They really really wanna sell me on getting a lowes credit card. If my sales people worked half as hard as those cashiers to get me to sign up.....
Maybe I'll steal a Lowes cashier and turn them.into a call center rep.
And maybe I'll sign up for that credit card afterall

Asked an employee whether they had a standing caddy type thing for a shower and his response included “we’re not a home decor store.” Meanwhile this place sells curtains, window decals, shoe racks, and rugs. Maybe Lowe’s hires people who intentionally just want to be rude to customers and who don’t want to be bothered?
Edit to add: Lowe’s also sells clothes now but they aren’t a clothing store. This employee with the goatee at the computer desk in the kitchen section could clearly learn not just about customer service but also what Lowe’s actually sells now.

Had trouble finding almost everything. NO CASHIERS. The person at self checkout was very rude, and another employee had to help us use our lowes credit card. This used to be my favorite store, but I don't want to go back again.

It's a giant Warehouse. what do you expect? I would have given them four stars, but they now have a bunch of clothes that they're trying to sell. They are bots that answer all reviews.

Store manager Don’t do price match even when it’s a Lowe’s policy I Show Them the same item from a another local Lowe’s and he refuse to price match saying they can’t lose money 😒

Purchased a dishwasher with installation. Says 24/48 hours a service technician will contact me. It's been almost 2 weeks! Will be cancelling my order and never using Lowe's again!

I'm not one to leave a negative review actually first time I can recall ever leaving a negative review, but today at the Beech Grove Lowes in Indiana I had a horrible experience..Now let me paint the picture, my mother who is 77 years and I went into Lowe's today to buy a new water heater install, furnace filters, and light bulbs, so we were going to spend some money. But first she had a $42.00 gate kit to return with a RECIEPT in hand, item not opened, still sealed in the original Lowe's bag from 3 weeks ago. My mom paid for the gate material and hardware by a Chase Freedom Credit Card, over the holiday weekend she had some fraud activity on this credit card, the bank literally shredded this card 4 days ago. Because we didn't have that specific card with us, even know we had a RECIEPT, there was nothing they could do, wouldn't allow is to use the 42.00 credit towards the 2,000 purchase that we were getting ready to make, wouldn't work with us at all..Benji, assistant store manager was called up, you could tell he was already mad just because he was called to help, he had an attitude from the get go, I asked a question he answered it, my 77 year mother asked the same question just in a little different way, and he started getting loud and an attitude, up to that point everything was corjal speaking wise, but once he popped an attitude with my mother, I fired right back, I was asked to leave and as we were walking out, we weren't screaming, wasn't acting stupid, he literally said 4 times have a nice day, he was trying to antagonize me, hopefully Lowe's will look at cameras because you can tell as we had our backs turned walking out, he wouldn't stop saying have a nice day. Is this really how an assistant store manager acts, he truly wanted me to do something so he could call cops or who knows what he had in mind if I wouldn't have just kept walking out but literally look at camera footage you will see this. So not only did Lowe's loose out on over a 2k sale because of 42.00 item they wouldn't return with the RECIEPT, but I promise you know one in my family will step foot in a Lowe's store again..

Lowe's is forcing folks to use self check out. No one working register for older, computer illiterate folks. Absolutely no place to place purchase items on counter while paying. No counter space! Prompts on checkout computer malfunctioning. The button that is asking you to round up your dollar amount won't work at all until you keep pounding on it.
Menards is much nicer, more selection and just overall better.

I recently ordered online and was given a delivery window of 1030am-230pm. I waited the whole time and got a text at 230pm say that it was delivered but it was not delivered. There was an unloaded picture of the cabinet at a Lowe’s warehouse (notice the Lowe’s carts) under “where we dropped off” and someone had faked my initials under “signed for.” I am not sure what kind of business does this! I had to call their customer service line and no one knew what was going on. Never get delivery because you will waste your time trying to find where your stuff is!

Please improve you customer care i had to wait 25 mins to get help just for i piece of wire . Please hire responsible employee to help customers . felt really bad for the Lowe’s manager or the store how they make people wait while employees using cell phone

The absolute worst store I have ever dealt with ordered a new fridge and stove last week said it would be delivered today never should up and now they say it’s a week out still and they deliver window is from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm who has time to spend at home all day no knowing if I can trust them again and refund would be 2 to 3 weeks 😡

I went up the PRO Service desk to ask if they have tool rental available ? Younger woman says to me “what’s up” ? Very unprofessional .
