Great place. Friendly employees. I purchased all my appliances from here at a great bundled price. Been coming here for projects for my home for years.

If you need custom cabinets DO NOT GO HERE! The designers are not friendly and will try to upsale you to gain more commission. They are not honest and don’t have your best interest in mind. We ordered our kitchen cabinets here. Once they arrived we were told that one of the cabinets was the wrong size and that we would need to order a new cabinet and wait another three weeks for it to arrive. We also had Lowe’s install the cabinets and the installers acted like they had never installed a cabinet in their life. My husband had to help them to make everything level and offer shims to them. The install took over 6 weeks and is still unfinished. Once our granite countertops were installed and one of the cabinet faces popped off because the installers hadn’t sanded down the top of the cabinet properly. Next, one of our friends leaned on a cabinet and it made a large cracking noise and came off the wall. Lastly, as we were purchasing appliances, we were unable to find an under counter microwave that fit in the space that Lowe’s recommended. I had specifically asked during the design if the microwave space was standard and if we would easily be able to find a microwave to accommodate the space. Joe told me that it shouldn’t be a problem at all. Now that we were having problems we have gone back to Joe to ask him what we should do? He searched Lowe’s inventory for over an hour without being able to find a microwave that would fit into the space that he designed. He said we will have to cut into the frame and make modifications to get a microwave in the space. What is the point of getting custom cabinets designed if you have to do this??? It was a horrible experience from beginning to end and I can’t stress enough my displeasure with the whole process. Run to your nearest cabinet store! DO NOT go to Lowe’s!

Everything I needed was here. Quick and easy. I asked the cashier if they knew the return policy for a bathroom fan and they told me and wrote me a reminder on my receipt. Good customer service.

I often must ask for assistance to find what I need. Most of the time someone will ask if they can help. And, some, actually walking with you, rather than just pointing to an isle.

It's the Walmart of home, improvement stores. They're either out of stock, or don't have enough of whatever you need and they're constantly moving things around the store so that you have no idea where to find them

I went into this location looking for wood clamps for my husband for Christmas. My sister who broke her leg in 3 places less than a year ago and is still recovering was with me and in order to keep the walking to a minimum I asked for help finding what we were looking for. I asked a tall young man named Trey where to find those and he directed me to the outdoor area aisle 1.When we did not see it out there we spoke with an older lady outside who seemed surprised that we were sent outside for clamps. She said that Trey worked out in her department and should've known they weren't out there. She called someone, a young man with shirt facial hair and dark hair color, out who looked up the item and told us aisle 54 inside was where to find them. We walked back inside following the aisles not realizing that they ended at aisle 52 at the back of the store. So we had walked the entire length of the store. So I asked a 3rd employee who looked around 40 years old where the clamps were. He said to walk straight ahead to the front of the store and turn left. If we got to the levels we'd gone too far. So away we went and the clamps were nowhere to be found. We walked up and down several aisles when eventually I went to the right and finally found thr clamps. At no point did any of the employees offer to walk us directly to the item we were searching for even though customers were sparce. We spent an extraordinary amount of time looking for wood clamps that we were given wrong directions to more than once. This was a highly stressful experience and literally painful for my sister whose ankle started to swell.

This store is a "working man's" store. It carries just about everything that you may need for DIY projects or commercial projects. I've found that when I need tools, Lowe's carries the brands that I prefer. My latest shopping trip was for concrete bits for my ancient Bosch Bulldog Hammer Drill. The trip was quick and successful. Checkout is often self- serve, but a cashier is available should you prefer.
