I just don’t like this lowes for some reason it’s hard to find things

I recently visited this Lowe’s location as a Pro Member, and I can confidently say it was the worst experience I’ve had at any Lowe’s store. The Pro Specialists and customer service representatives I interacted with were extremely unhelpful and showed little interest in assisting me. It felt as if I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
Additionally, the overall atmosphere in the store was unwelcoming—most of the staff seemed moody and downright rude. As someone who frequently shops at other Lowe’s locations, I can say that this experience was far below the standard I’m used to. Customer service is a crucial part of any business, especially for Pro Members who rely on efficiency and support. Unfortunately, this store failed to meet even the most basic expectations.
I hope management takes steps to address these issues because, as it stands, I would not recommend this location to fellow professionals.

So today I had a mishap and ended up at this store 3 darn times! Ms. Wendy Martinez at customer service was able to take care of me each time. She is so wonderful, since I just moved here a week ago she was a kind smile to soften the blow of my mishap. Thank you Wendy! Jacob in appliances was also a great help. Both were sweethearts.

I’m genuinely surprised that Jared is the manager of this store. I requested to have three OSB boards cut into three sections each, but he informed me that the store only offers four complimentary cuts because they’re supposedly too busy. When I arrived, the parking lot was nearly empty, yet I waited over 15 minutes for assistance while Jared watched from a distance. He stood there for over 10 minutes, observing as I struggled to load the OSB by myself, before finally approaching me. When he did, he claimed the store was short-staffed and couldn’t help with the cuts. Ironically, the time he spent watching could have been used to quickly assist me, as cutting the boards would have taken less than ten minutes. This level of service from the manager is simply unacceptable. Thank you JARED!!!

They had a lot of people that were pretty knowledgeable and were able to answer my questions quickly and I had exactly what I needed and I come here a lot for projects because it’s just a good resource, it’s in the name for home improvement

Asked about 3 people to help me find some gloves or at least let me know where they were, none of them helped they just said ile 12 or 14 , i got stressed of looking and just graved any gloves defenetly not asking for help any more in this place ...

This is my absolute favorite Lowe's! The customer service is outstanding and at least 3-4 associates greeted us and asked if we needed help. One associate saw my boyfriend carrying a humidifier and ran and grabbed us a cart! Thanks for being an awesome Lowe's store!!

I like Lowe's. They are the most expensive of the other two hardware chains, but they have different products, than the other two hardware chains.
