I had Lowes send someone out to my rental property to measure the flooring and I went back 3 times to get a copy of the bid. they never were able to give a copy and only gave me the total cost. I asked to have the bid emailed to me so I could discuss it with my wife they told me twice they would send it out. I never got it and went back into the store today to request it again and they said they had no record of my account and couldn't help me. this was the 3rd time i went in in person and the man at the counter acted like he couldn't care less!

The store has a nice selection, as always, and the plumbing associate was very helpful, but I hadn't been there for a while and was not happy to see all of the self checkouts. I don't mind occasionally, but it shouldn't be my only option.

I love lowes because I’m self sufficient and don’t like to be bothered. Women browse in shopping malls. Today I was lucky not to have anything to do.So I walked down every isle andMade sure I didn’t need anything. But lowes is cool I bought discounted broke openBags of concrete for half off and they will most always work a deal if something damaged. So always ask.

We ordered our washer and dryer and had it delivered and installed. They gave us a window of 8-12 and by 8:30 they were already there! Tony and his delivery partner were very friendly and very efficient at getting our appliances moved in and installed. They were done with the installation even before 9 o’clock hit. They showed us how to use everything and Tony was very good at explaining everything we needed to know about our new washer and dryer. Would definitely order again if I could!

I wanna give a huge thanks to Christina and Patterson for taking the time to help me out with a huge order I had. They loaded my heavy materials for me and were just such good sports about it. Lowe's delivery service on a recent appliance purchase was an embarrassment. My delivery window was 12-4 PM. 7:15 PM rolled around and it still hadn't arrived, and the tracking said it was one stop away. Well, I had no one at the house then (because it was over THREE HOURS after the delivery window closed) because we all had places to be, so I had to cancel the delivery and reschedule it. Well guess what? There's no one who can do that at 7 PM. You would think if you were the last stop on the delivery route but the delivery didn't get made (due to being 3 hours late), you would be the first stop on the next day, right? Wrong. When I spoke with Lowe's the next day to reschedule I was put right back in the delivery queue like I had just ordered the fridge, and the delivery date was now three days out, when I'm going to be out of town. No one would help because 'that's just how the system works.' Sounds like a bad system then.Needless to say I canceled the order.
