I had worked at this location for two years. I love the people and customers. The Store manager John definitely helped turn things around. Unfortunately, I had to leave due to some issues. The situation should’ve been handled differently. But I do miss seeing some friendly faces.

Me and my wife ordered microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. The refrigerator was ordered February 21,2025. We still don’t have it yet. Lowe’s called two weeks in a row and cancelled delivery. I was given two different stories regarding its arrival. Today they called to say it will be shipped March 26. I have zero confidence with it being delivered. Deciding if I’m going to cancel this purchase. Zero stars!!! 0 I’ll get an automated response with no solution!

Had all the plumbing parts I needed . Associate was there to help me ,to get rid of the rigged Parts I had and put it back together correctly.

I usually always like going to the hardware store, and this trip was no different until we were leaving. After we checked out in the lumber section and were leaving out of the main entrance, a large group of employees (about 5 or 6) were all gathered around the exit. I definitely got the impression that they thought we were stealing. I understand that they probably lose a great deal of revenue due to theft and need to take measures to mitigate this loss, but this intimidation tactic (if that is actually what it was) is not the way. I felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed as I'm sure other shoppers probably noticed also. It's my understanding that if someone were to be stealing, there isn't much a sales associate could do anyway. So I'm not sure what this was, but it did not make me wanna come back. And to add insult to injury out of all the employees standing around the exit, not one of them said "thanks for shopping" or "have a good evening" or anything. Please do better. You're the closest hardware store near me. I gave 2 stars because the young man in the lumber section was very helpful.

I normally go to a competitor because it's more convenient but I tried the slowest door today. I was forced to use the self-checkout, no checker is working. For me that's a non-starter and I won't be back.

I received good fast and efficient service, but I was disappointed to see that they no longer have cashiers. It's all self-service. That was a huge disappointment. I am tired of going places and working to make a purchase. What happened to being a service industry? Let me clarify no one was rude or unhelpful, it's just frustrating that you have no human contact that you have to check yourself out. What happens when you have a huge bulky item? That's what I don't like. I work 50 hours a week so why must I then work when I go out shopping? That's what I mean about lack of customer service.

They sell Frigidaire water filters that don't work. The water enters but doesn't pass to the dispenser.

Walking in and past 7+ employees, not one would even make eye contact. Walked in, had to look up what I was looking for in the app, went to where it was supposed to be.... and it wasn't there. Looked for an employee to get help, no go. Passed three chatting at the exit. Again, no eye contact, not even in a break in their conversation as I walked between them. No "Thanks for shopping at Lowe's" or anything. I'm glad you got their breaks scheduled, as that's what they were talking about as I left. Guess I'll check out Walmart for what I need.

It always looks like it is dirty and the shelves are not stocked. Needs better maintenance and lighting is very poor it always looks dirty and dark

Somewhat disappointed that two times today I had placed web orders for items that were cancelled due to not being in stock, only for me to come to the store myself and find the items with no issues. Do you hire people to just wear the vest and look pretty?

Keep having problems with items that were returned by someone and put back on the shelf with missing parts. Then I purchase it, and it waste hours of my time and my employees time
