PSA: NEVER EVER buy appliances from Lowes. This has been an absolute nightmare. I have had 4 fridges delivered and ALL of them have been damaged or caused property damage to my house. Customer service was not up to par. I had to spend my own time getting quotes for the damages caused and still did not get an appropriate % off the order for all the hassle. DO NOT use them for appliances. Pictures are damages on the fridges and damages cause on our home due to the delivery.

If you know how to play with the Lowes computer system, this is a great place to be. Otherwise, you need to dealing with staff who don't know how to pull out existing quote.

I purchased a new LG refrigerator with optional ice maker November 11, 2023. Delivered November 13, 2023. (Any appliance bought with any complications need to be reported within 48 hrs of delivery , something not mentioned at time of sale) I reported my icemaker had NOT produced any ice fortunately within the 48 hours. I called the only phone number left with me and it happened to be Loews Warehouse/delivery team. They responded and said I had in fact reported the incident within the allotted time allowance , then everything went down hill after that. I had at least 30 phone calls going back and forth about replacing the icemaker. I was scheduled on 2 Tuesdays after saying multiple times I could only receive service and deliveries on weekends only. Finally a crew came to my home on a Sunday to install a new icemaker, pull out my refrigerator only to quickly determine it is a faulty refrigerator and they would make a report. The new icemaker brought by the crew gets carted right back to the truck inside its unopened box. I get a call from the warehouse several days later saying it's not the fridge it is definitely the ice maker. And icemaker instructions would be printed out and sent back to my home with a new crew. I was given the coming Saturday as delivery day. I receive a call at 7am on said Saturday morning saying they canceled delivery because that icemaker got sent to Chicago and were now on back order ? till December 15. ? I wait and make a call on December 14 to make sure I'm on schedule for another delivery. They say sure everything is set for Saturday morning. I wait all day that Saturday for my delivery. I call that afternoon, "no mame you are scheduled Tues for delivery " Again I remind I'm not available for week day deliveries." ? , another weekend ruined. The next day I visit the lowes in person explaining my experience. " Would you like a exchange of refrigerator and icemaker? Yes I want an exchange. I stayed until info was entered into computer. I get a call that there would be 2 deliveries, one for the icemaker, one for the refrigerator. Then when tech arrives " I was told this is a service call I'm here to install icemaker into your present fridge" That's when I realize Lowes has screwed up again ?. He installs new icemaker gives me 48hr window for any complications. Only problem is in 24 hours it's Christmas eve . I reported on Christmas Eve I have no ice. I got hung up on I got routed to LG warranty, got hung up on again. And just basically ignored ?. Lowes had the audacity ? ? to push me around till they could hopefully push me off to LG warranty claims. At this point the day after Christmas December 26th 2023 I awake on my way to Lowes store to demand a full return of my money and sanity. I call my big brother to go with me, who happens to be a a engineer. He offers to come to my home and check things out. He arrives and checks out all lines and checks the icemaker, pours warm water ? into the icemaker. 12 hours later I have 9 ice cubes. He says there may have been air in the line. So Lowes, the warehouse ,3 calls to corporate and LG warranty with no help at all. My brother pours in warm water and I see my first 9 ice cubes. Lowes delivery and service suck and I will never, will I ever give Lowes any of my hard earned dollars in the future. Avoid Loews at all costs this is your final ⚠️ warning!!

I've been able to find like 95% of random things I didn't know I'd need to fix. Like internal pieces of a toilet tank or rubber pieces for windows.They keep things clean and have kind and helpful staff.

This is by far the worst Lowe’s I’ve ever been to. I worked here for a while and management was a mess. Customers had to wait all the time to get there needs met and as a new cashier I couldn’t do much, the employees here don’t have customers as a top priority it’s just a paycheck to them.If you want quick amazing service I’d go to another Lowe’s.

I'm happy to get my appliances from here. Especially on black Friday. Free delivery and installation. Except for dishwasher. Won't install for free. But still a good price.
