The employee working on the morning of Friday September 30th treated us like VIP customers. We ended up purchasing more items than intended due to his awesome service. This store has a large selection of inventory and a decent size sales rack. Would highly recommend stopping in!!

I went in today just before closing, Michelle was the clerk. She was super helpful give me some advice on colors showed me a few different options. She had a great attitude and helped me with my last minute purchase. Lucky Brand is lucky to have Michelle, they should promote her because she knows how to promote excellent customer service!

One of my favorite brands of jeans! I went there this year on Black Friday and they had awesome sales on all of their items. Jeans and hoodies were 40-50% off. Their selection of different types of jeans isn't the best at this location but that's totally fine. It's one of the few stores in circle center mall that has men's jeans.The employee there was very polite and helpful.

I have been to this Lucky Brand a number of times and even though I am closing in on the end of my sixth decade, I've found the staff to be quite welcoming each visit. What I like about Lucky Brand is that they carry several lines of jeans designed to fit different body types. Since I am not a bottomless Millennial, I can't buy jeans at places like Target or Kohl's that don't have anyone around to help find a good fit. When I talked with the staff here I found that the 300 series is designed for men who actually have backsides. Where I struggled finding jeans smaller than a 36 waist at the other stores, I comfortably fit into a size 32 waist 363 Straight leg. And even though I've gone through different styles and colors, I know that anything in the 300 series will fit. This means I can stay in style without looking like I am trying too hard to keep my youth. In addition to the jeans, there are also a wide range of T's and button down shirts. They also have great hoodies too. There is a really good website for additional options for when the local store may be out or doesn't have the room for all the items available. It also seems there are frequent sales on items, so I almost always wait to buy my jeans at a 33 to 50+% reduction. I may be old, but I still recognize a good deal! I am really glad that we have this store within a reasonable driving distance. Stop in and see for yourself what a difference having a knowledgeable and friendly staff can do for you. Review #483
