I previously had bought Lucky brand at a men's clothing store. Then I noticed the lucky store at the keystone crossing mall. They carry different lines and all the other clothing items. They have men's and women's clothing. What sold me was how well the staff helps you find what your looking for. I love the coolmax stretch jeans. My latest trip was to exchange a pair of jeans. The young lady helping me made sure she still greeted everyone as they came into the store. I think she was on her own at the time; her customer focus on everyone was truly impressive.

Although I have shopped at this location once, I had a very positive experience with a clerk who was very helpful. She listened to what I wanted, helped me find several selections and directed me to a dressing booth so that I could try the clothes on before making a purchase. What I like about Lucky Brand is that they carry several lines of jeans designed to fit different body types. Since I am not a bottomless Millennial, I can't buy jeans at places like Target or Kohl's that don't have anyone around to help find a good fit. When I talked with the staff here I found that the 300 series is designed for men who actually have backsides. Where I struggled finding jeans smaller than a 36 waist at the other stores, I comfortably fit into a size 32 waist 363 Straight leg. And even though I've gone through different styles and colors, I know that anything in the 300 series will fit. This means I can stay in style without looking like I am trying too hard to keep my youth. In addition to the jeans, there are also a wide range of T's and button down shirts. They also have great hoodies too. There is a really good website for additional options for when the local store may be out or doesn't have the room for all the items available. It also seems there are frequent sales on items, so I almost always wait to buy my jeans at a 33 to 50+% reduction. I may be old, but I still recognize a good deal! Although my jeans weren't on sale today, I bought them anyway. The fit was perfect. They also come in a wide variety of inseam lengths but since my legs are in the normal range, I didn't have any limitations on options. As long as they keep making good quality clothing and carry the 363 line, I will be a customer. Review #2186
