Wow decided to rent a storage unit at this place only a few hours in a can’t access anything and now 4 people have pretty much lied to me every person tells me something different and there gate says certain hours the kiosk says different gate hours and I got told two othe gate hours 3 out of the 4 people said they was going to have someone call me I paid for a 2 1/2 hour headache horrible service

This storage facility is A1. Very satisfied by the entire process from beginning to online bill paying, to adequate space at a reasonably low price, convenience of access and safety of stored belongings.

This place has been more than helpful. I got sick and they work with me. My husband had a stroke and they worked with me to make sure I didn't lose my stuff. They really are amazing especially Nikki she's extremely helpful

It's a very nice clean and secure place with plenty of room to stack your important as well as extra things even enough room for car storage. The locking mechanism on the door is amazing not to mention their customer service especially the lovely Sabrina who is very nice and professional. If I have ever had an issue she can always walk me through it and set my mind at eaze and put any worries to rest!! I recommend Lynhurst Self Storage to anyone searching for the same services. I will definitely be a long time customer with them.

Ok so I'm in a different facility at the moment but I'm currently looking for a facility that has 24 hrs access to my unit, NOT THE KIOSK! and all over this facilities information section it plainly says Sat. Thru Friday this place is open 24 hrs but there is 2 different sections that gives hours and one of them specifically says that ACCESS to your unit is 24 hrs Saturday - Friday but just to double check I called and spoke with a guy and I questioned him on that issue and he says that the kiosk is open 24 hrs a day but the gate hours is from 6 am to 9pm which doesn't do me any good since I'm already currently in a facility not to far from this place that opens in 6am to 10pm and the same way they deceived me on the hours where I'm currently at, you guys are deceiving the public by advertising your facility to be open 24 hours when it's not, So that one red flag that's waving has kept me from renting from you, To be lied to from the beginning says one red flag will turn into 2 and then on and on so I'll just stay with my current liars and just wait for something better to popup.

I was locked out once before and the whole team is excellent and that's why I've been here going on 6 months because they don't leave you in the dark and it's super hard to find people in midnight hour to help you all on the weekend and it was a holiday so that's why I believe that this one is of one of the best if not in the top five should be at the top five stars ?

Best storage facility in Indianapolis! I’ve had a unit here since 2017 and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I highly suggest Lynhurst storage! It’s conveniently located, gated, has cameras and staff is super helpful & nice if any issues occur. Also payments can be made on site, over phone or via internet so it’s helpful having multiple options to choose from!
