It works quite well! Phone menu is not complex, its pretty easy to reach the nurse line or members services (talk to a human representative) and they reps are also nice and helpful.

There hours clearly says 8am-8pm and I say on the phone from 7:43pm-8:02pm and no one picked up!!! Ridiculous
